Yarrow Kraner

HATCH FOUNDER, CEO

Yarrow is Founder of HATCH and H360.ai, an Aspen Institute Fellow, and named top 100 creatives in the U.S. by Origins. As a Filmmaker, he has directed projects for Richard Branson, The Rock, P Diddy, and more. In 1999, Yarrow created the pioneer online social network, The Hero Project – 3 years before My Space – enabling users to create online profiles, teams, and play online games, to empower real life superheroes (there is a superhero within us all). User engagement was higher than any other youth site at that time, and grew to 1.5 Million users by 2003, when it was acquired by FOX. In 2004, Yarrow founded HATCH, a network of global influencers and mentors accelerating progress on solutions for the U.N.’s global goals. Thousands of collaborations have resulted. In 2016 Yarrow founded H360, an A.I. / machine learning platform as a collaboration acceleration engine. The A.I. match-making connects needs to skills and resources for projects improving our world. The platform unlocks full potential of communities, corporations, and organizations while creating a “Network of Networks.” Yarrow is featured in the book Talent for Humanity, has curated and led think tanks with Intel, Hasbro, Ernst & Young, spoken at TEDx, Vivatech, EarthX, Day One, and Business Innovation Factory Summit (BIF). Watch Yarrow’s BIF keynote.

Jared Silverman

HATCH COO

As the COO of HATCH and HATCH Studios, Jared manages and optimizes day-to-day operations and collaborations between internal teams and strategic external partners. His expertise enables him to bridge diverse groups for innovative human-centered, cross-industry projects. Jared holds a Master of Science in the History and Theory of Psychology and is also a Certified Sommelier. Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about the natural world, practicing qigong, and playing guitar. For anyone eager to engage with HATCH, Jared is the ideal contact if there’s anything you’d like to catalyze.

Roshi Givechi – Co-Architect, Facilitator

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference, while also developing her own short doc films. Common core? To enhance mindsets, crystalize experiences and amplify outcomes. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner – Executive Design Director, she coined her 2018 “creative sabbatical” before opting to consult. She loves shaping content, helping founders articulate their offer, and programming workshops with others to unlock individual and collective impact.

Chris Denson – Facilitator

Chris has spent his career building better companies, launching new ideas, and giving rise to cultural tastemakers through awe-inspired experiences, content, and advisory. Echoing an award-winning career across entertainment, industrial, media and technology industries, Chris has valuable insights, practices, and resources to thrive in an always-evolving cultural landscape. He has done this alongside the UN, Fast Company, Omnicom Media Group, MullenLowe, Cannes Lions, The Nyah Project, HubSpot, and and authored the 2018 #1 bestselling book, 10 Essential Rules for Breaking Essential Rules.

Aithan Shapira- Facilitator, Inner Development

Serving change agents + global entities sincere about developing intra + inter-personal capabilities needed to forward the UN SDGs—Facilitator. Artist. Lecturer @ MIT Sloan. Founder @ TILT, social enterprise focused on artful evolution of leaders + cultures working in ever-changing contexts. Serves McKinsey’s think tank for Learning Innovation. Pioneers curricula to train leaders in lived practices that facilitate ongoing growth of individuals + communities at MIT Sloan, Harvard ilab, Stanford d.school. Lived in an Australian Aboriginal community for 3 years to study how we mature creatively.

Pete Strom – Facilitator, Integral Theory & Development

Pete is a people, process & culture nerd. He brings an adult development lens to facilitating experiences and elevating individual & team performance. His cleantech venture is the first emissions free valve solution for Energy & Aerospace industries. Pete facilitates, coaches & consults through TILT with small start ups to multinational corporations. He helps design and facilitate HATCH experiences and supports the training of its facilitation team. His spiritual endeavors are playing hockey, parenting, Zen practice, and living with stage 4 cancer… roughly in that order

Tate Chamberlin – Podcast Host & Producer

Tate Chamberlin produces the HATCH Podcast and immerses you in his world of adventure journalism, fearlessly exploring the monumental global changes, inequalities, and urgent issues surrounding the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Through raw, unfiltered storytelling, we dive into the tension within these goals and share the stories from the front lines of systems change.

Mark Goerner – Build Team Art Director & Facilitator

I thrive when living an artful existence creating solutions for an optimistic future. My work centers around comprehensive design, systems thinking, and the arts. Iv’e contributed concept design-work to the automotive, gaming, theme park, movie and tech. industries for 30 years. It’s my love of nature, experience with manufacturing and interest in bettering humanity that inspired me to found Eqogo, a robust platform to evaluate and rate products on their social, environmental and quality attributes. I seek to make the pursuit of transparency a contagion for irreversible change.

Raymond Ansotegui – Build Team & Facilitator

Raymond was born and raised in Montana where his love for nature lead him down the educational path of reclaiming disturbed lands. His fascination with soil/plant/wildlife communities, conservation, and feeding people keeps his hands in the dirt. He spent 10 years as a rodeo bullfighter finding flow while dancing with bulls; which ultimately brought him to the TEDx stage. His work with non profits in recent years has inspired Raymond to further his Facilitation skills so he can help others find their best selves and succeed in the dreams they have, often through the lens of storytelling.

Rachel Hicks – Event Producer & Facilitator

Creative Director | Designer | Strategist. Rachel Hicks is a lover of color, visual storyteller and creator of experiences. She has an eye for detail and innovative design paired with a passion for strategy, fundraising and supporting the arts. Throughout her career, she has consulted with many nonprofits and businesses such as HATCH, Mountain Time Arts and the Bozeman Film Celebration to integrate powerful design into their experience planning. For over a decade she was the Director of Communications at the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts in Helena, Montana, playing an integral role in fostering an artistic community around the globe.
