Powerful relationships created at HATCH featured in Forbes
We may be accustomed to seeing HATCH covered in publications covering inspiring creativity and conscious culture, but lately HATCH is showing up in Forbes; one of the highest profile business and financial journals in the world.
That’s because renowned business leadership writer/executive on-boarding expert George Bradt took part in HATCH 2014; and loved what he experienced. After returning from Montana, Bradt was inspired to write this article about the importance of curating relationships in business, and how the HATCH experience cuts right to the essence of creating strong, intimate connections between participants.
In Bradt’s words: [Yarrow] Kraner curated this by assembling some of “the world’s top creative minds with tomorrow’s most promising talent”. This is a guy who understands that the world needs three types of leaders: artistic, scientific and interpersonal. And this is a guy that has seen the power of them working together along with Intel, Hatch’s main innovation partner…[HATCH] put us in a blender and shook us up. …While it seemed a little “touchy-feely” at first, it produced an astoundingly intimate interaction between the five people.”
The immediate, intimate connections – and lasting relationships – created at HATCH are what most participants recall as the most powerful aspect of their experience. Each year we look forward to the life-long friendships and powerful collaborations that will be HATCHed during four incredibly moving days in Big Sky Country.
