This week, Dec 5th – 8th, the Audience Award’s Audfest Film + Innovation Fest moves, for the first time, from Los Angeles to Montana. The Audience Awards is a global online platform that connects brands to causes and audiences, engaging the latter to create impact through film. The annual Audfest screens the top 100 films from the year, narrowed by jury from nearly 20,000, and culminates in honoring an individual each year with the “Audfest Impact Award.”
A dynamic lineup of fireside conversations, design labs, mixers and lightning talks will engage attendees in topics ranging from talent to culture. Over 30 powerhouse female leaders will deliver talks on investing in women, entertainment, brand and culture, education and politics. AudFest’s Innovation track is gathering female leaders and changemakers from the Big Sky State and beyond, like Alexandra Viglione, Cinedigm product marketing director; Sherri Davidoff, LMG Security CEO; and Lisa Stone, a managing director of WestRiver Group’s Opportunity Fund and co-founder of BlogHer.
This year’s Impact Award will honor Yarrow Kraner, Founder of HATCH and H360.ai.
“I met Yarrow a couple of years ago when I was first invited to attend a HATCH Summit. What transpired over those four days was life-changing. I met many talented, creative, entrepreneurial individuals with whom I resonated, who were dedicating themselves to foster a better world. And that’s what Yarrow does best – connecting people to HATCH a better world. The network he has created has had such a deep impact on my life, and on the lives of countless others. I cannot think of a better person to receive the 2019 AudFest Impact Award and I cannot wait to honor one of my heroes.” – Paige Williams, Founder/CEO, Audience Awards + AudFest
Founded in 2004, HATCH is a global network for good, accelerating solutions to global challenges by fueling extraordinary humans to HATCH a Better World. HATCH is a non-profit that consists of two annual summits, year-round think tanks, and an ecosystem of partner events. The ultimate goal is to accelerate solutions to global challenges in alignment with the U.N. global goals. Thousands of impactful collaborations have resulted.
The Impact Awards will take place at the opening night ceremony Thurs, Dec 5th at 5-7 pm @ Zootwon Arts Community Center.

“We believe higher education is an ideal forum for driving societal change that promotes safety, empowerment and acceleration of all women,” said Kelly Webster, the leader of the S.E.A. Change initiative on the Montana campus. “Inclusive change that benefits all requires that women be in the room and on the stage in places like AudFest. When we elevate women’s voices, we inspire steps forward for women in our community and our world.”
