Erica Mackey
Co-Creator / HATCH Studio & Eleven LIVINGSTON, Montana
Erica Mackey is a serial entrepreneur and HATCH Board Member. She is currently architecting HATCH Studio to co-create solutions for major systemic problems at a time when creative solutions are most needed. Additionally, in a collaboration with other HATCHers, she is building an investment firm focused on sustainable cities systems. She previously co-founded MyVillage and Zola Electric which scaled international solutions targeting injustices in the care economy and clean energy spaces. Her ventures have raised over $180M from investors including Elon Musk, Paul Allen, Jeff Skoll, and others.
Elke Govertsen

Elke works at the intersection of community, culture, content, creativity, and connection. She is a long-time HATCH board member and one of the architects of HATCH Studios. Previous clients include the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge, World Investment Conferences, and MyVillage. She's passionate about sustainability (at all levels, including personal wellbeing). She is also on the board of Ballet Beyond Borders that connects the world through art. She also leads custom Alaskan cruises, founded Mamalode which grew from a magazine into a movement, and finished writing her memoir.

Jared Silverman

As the Director of Partnerships for HATCH, Jared works to educate, accelerate, and invest in entrepreneurs who are creating solutions to social problems. Jared’s role involves developing and implementing strategies to collaborate with individuals, corporations and foundations to scale the impact of HATCH globally. Also an Instructor at Prescott College, Jared teaches courses in Ecopsychology, The History of Psychiatry, Yogic Philosophy, and Human Development. As a researcher for the Gwydion Fund, Jared works to connect people with the natural world.

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference, while also developing her own short doc films. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner - Executive Design Director, she coined her 2018 “creative sabbatical” before opting to consult. She loves shaping content, helping founders articulate their offer, and programming workshops with others to unlock individual and collective impact.

In 2022, Teneia become the 3rd female composer to present with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra in 75 years. Teneia is passionate about female empowerment, equality, love and dance.

Most recently he launched “BETTER”, an iHeart Original radio show and podcast, bringing tools for us all to live better lives through stories of lived experiences from our most beloved citizens.
