Chris knows that life is forever changing and he is on a turbo tour for the entire ride. He's a realtor, retired firefighter, electrician, and is flirting with working in renewable energy. He has many passions but his main focus has always been family and friends. He is now a double below-the-knee amputee due to a paragliding accident that nearly took his life. For the most part he does not see himself as handicapped. Collectively and unconditionally - he's got this!

Actor and voice talent, King of Westech, Lord of fashion, and an essential part of the HATCH family since its inception in 2004.

Pete is a Partner at TILT and Owner of SHINE beer sanctuary. He’s a certified Integral Facilitator, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Executive Coach, and entrepreneur with a MA in Human Development.
A practitioner of culture design, facilitation, Deliberately Developmental Organizations, Meditation, psychotherapy, and EOS, he specializes in elevating existing teams and events through developmental learning, coaching, and facilitation.

Josie Caton, founder of Summit Perspectives, helps leaders unlock hidden team dynamics so that they can elevate their impact. She has created powerful experiences for groups such as Boston Consulting Group, Wharton School of Business and Target Global Innovations, as well as non profits and local small businesses.

Josie holds an MA focused on participatory and inquiry based learning and community based conservation, and is a certified Integral Facilitator.

Awed by nature and inspired by the human spirit, Josie loves her partner and also loves to ski.

Robert has 20 years experience in community redevelopment and revitalization with a focus on historic preservation and tax incentives. Recent endeavors revolve around improving the safety and quality of housing through technology and services. Father to three human resources, shooting sport enthusiast, and gourmet mushroom farmer.

Tate Chamberlin is pushing the envelope in social, educational, and media experiences by continually reintegrating an arsenal of new concepts and human connections. Through an experiential remix uniting music, dialogue, activism, and expression, each step and swell brings a new form of media cultivating curiosity, education & empathy. This arsenal will serve well as he descends upon the world like a platinum-fisted pterodactyl, dropping artistic carpet bombs carrying the seed of expression and social conglomeration.

A proactive, community-driven designer with a diverse background in fine art, mathematics, design, education, and social-entrepreneurship.

Sean lives and works in Southwest Montana as an outdoor guide with a passion for connecting people to places, each other, and themselves. You can find him guiding on snow in winter and throughout Yellowstone in the summer. When not sharing the wonders of ecological relationships with others, he may be adventurously moving on skis, bike, or boat, often with a smile and camera in hand. Sean strives to passionately connect with humans of various walks of life, particularly those different from himself, amongst beautiful places of Spaceship Earth to further our collective human awakening!

Bryant is a storyteller. He is an event producer who can bring any vision to life on a grand scale. He has helped produce iconic events, including the NYC Marathon, The Five Boro Bike Tour, The Avon 39 Walks to End Breast Cancer, The Big Sky BPR, The BZN International Film Festival, The Taste of the Rockies, Warrior Taste Fest & the Hatch MT Summit 2018 + 2019. After ten years of creating spectacle, Bryant has found his home base. While he is not producing large-scale events, he manages Starlite Bozeman, a creative center for self-expression based around dance & the arts.

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference while also developing her own short doc film– all to enhance mindsets, crystalize experiences and amplify outcomes. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner - Executive Design Director, she coined her “creative sabbatical” in 2018 before opting to consult. She loves helping founders articulate their offer, shaping content, and programming workshops with facilitators to unlock individual and collective impact.

Rachel Hicks is a designer, facilitator and strategist. She spends her days supporting and inspiring others to achieve their goals and to find their ‘WHY’. Rachel is a certified Integral Facilitator trained in the skill of shaping group dynamics and collective conversations. Supporting teams to collectively think, dream, argue, envision, trust and connect over a common objective and achieve their goals at a high and doable level. She specializes in helping people create unique and memorable experiences, strategies and products.

As the Director of Development for HATCH Jared works to educate, accelerate, and invest in entrepreneurs who are creating solutions to social problems. Jared’s role involves developing and implementing strategies to collaborate with individuals, corporations and foundations to scale the impact of HATCH globally. Also an Instructor at Prescott College, Jared teaches courses in Ecopsychology, The History of Psychiatry, Yogic Philosophy, and Human Development. As a researcher for the Gwydion Fund, Jared works to connect people with the natural world through education, conservation, and research.

Artist, Dad, Lecturer @ MIT Sloan, Founder @ Tilt, social enterprise focused on artfully enabling the necessary transformation of leaders and culture to progress bleeding-edge initiatives. On McKinsey’s think tank for Learning Innovation. Pioneered curricula at the edge of leadership + skills retraining for the future of work + learning @ MIT Sloan, Harvard iLab, Stanford d.school, Berklee ICE. Lived in an Australian Aboriginal community for 3 years to study art’s impact on cultures of survival. Continues to be a visiting art critic + exhibit in NY, London, Miami.

Cassidy is the Programs Manager at HATCH. She is an innovator, self-motivator and creative thinker. Previously, Cassidy was a founding member of Adventure Aide, an app for adventures and match-making people to their passions. With her background in marketing and project management, Cassidy bridges the gaps between marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop growth strategies, initiate and facilitate cross-platform campaigns, and design internal management processes. At HATCH, Cassidy manages various programs and helps work with fellow HATCHers to accelerate projects and solutions.
