FOUNDER, IMAGINATION FOUNDER, FILMMAKER – Nirvan Mullick is an LA based filmmaker, speaker, and founder of Interconnected Media and Imagination.org. Nirvan’s short film Caine’s Arcade became a viral phenomenon in 2012, receiving millions of views and changing the life of a creative 9 year-old boy. Following Caine’s Arcade, Nirvan founded Imagination.org to foster creativity for children worldwide, and created the Global #CardboardChallenge that has since engaged over 1 MILLION KIDS in 80 countries. Imagination.org now supports over 180 Chapters in 30 countries. Lego and Ashoka named Imagination.org a Champion of their Re-Imagine Learning Challenge and in 2019 VANS made a $1 Million donation to Imagination.org to help continue growing programs that foster the creative expression of kids worldwide. Nirvan directed the viral #EarthToParis climate campaign for the UN Foundation and GOOD, generating over 1.4 billion impressions leading up to the historic Paris Climate Agreement. His films have screened in festivals worldwide, from Cannes to Annecy, winning numerous awards. His work has been featured in the NY Times, NBC, ABC, NPR, New Yorker, and is in the permanent collection of MoMA.
