Bob Hall
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, VERA BRADLEY, FOUNDER OF ANDESITE HOLDINGS. Bob Hall has worn many hats over the years: Wall Street executive, fashion industry investor, philanthropist, outdoorsman, and dad, all while skiing 100 days a year. He lost his father at a young age and has always had more ambition than brains leading to a full life of challenges. Hall has filled several accidental chairman roles in public companies, independent schools, and even the U.S. Biathlon board. Bob is the founder of Andesite Holdings, an investment advisory and private equity firm, and a director of FlyLow Gear. Bob spent 28 years with UBS Financial Services and its predecessor firms, Paine Webber and Kidder Peabody. Bob’s philanthropic efforts focus on Teach for America, where he served as the regional board chair for the Mid-Atlantic region for 12 years and the Philadelphia School Partnership where he serves on the board.
