SOCIAL JUSTICE & EQUITY LEADER, Beca defines her life’s work as being a change agent in the lives of children, families and community. By addressing barriers to health, wealth and education in our community, we can influence a change in our society. Using her skills, professional experience, talents and social capital to promote equity and social justice to impact structural change. Beca, believes that communities have the answers needed to dismantle system racism and oppression.
