How might we successfully create anti-racist organizations in a way that creates sustainable structural, cultural, and process changes for a more equitable world?

It starts by taking a pledge to becoming an antiracist organization and because that can’t happen overnight, organizations go through a 360 audit to assess the gap between where you are today and where you need to be in order to be Equity certified.
