How might we empower the next generation to use the solutions readily available to diminish food waste and support climate action?
Data. Curriculum. Storytelling.
The CompoSTARS have developed a three-pronged approach that links food waste diversion/compost curriculum, impact tracking and measuring, and advocacy. The program will be piloted at schools, using the Fera Zero platform to track and measure the food waste data collected. The information and stats collected will be shared back to schools and used to inform Youth Advocacy campaigns.
