Hank Ball is a versatile artist, aspiring documentary filmmaker, and storyteller. He is currently pursuing a BFA at the Johnny Carson School of Emerging Media Arts, class of 2025. Hank specializes in a wide range of digital and interactive art forms which include live experiences, film production utilizing 3D engines, speculative design, photography, graphic design, and filmmaking. Olivia Benson is a multidisciplinary artist, , designer and developer. Her works explore a range of disciplines including animation, game engine development, virtual production and design. She also tells stories through concept art, illustration, and printmaking. Her creations focus on the intersection of art and technology, stitching them together into the hybrid media of the future. She enjoys bringing out playfulness through her pieces, leaning into childhood wonder and nature as inspiration.

As the owner of MediaVision Productions, Brian has been producing impactful content for almost 30 years. Along with his human and fellow HATCHer Jill Bernstein, he produces and directs live events and shoots for clients in healthcare, social impact, CPG, music and innovation. He's a seasoned editor and motion graphics designer who thrives most when he's working on something he believes in. With a recent pivot to specializing in global remote recording, his passion is to use the latest technology to arm his clients with meaningful storytelling tools.

Jill ditched her life as a senior global ad agency executive in NYC after 20+ years to pursue a career that would allow her to blend her love of production, creative, strategy and business leadership. As Executive Producer and Creative Director at MediaVision Productions with her human and fellow HATCHer Brian Stevens, she overlays her agency experience with her endless curiosity and deep empathy. The result is the creation of compelling content for purpose driven organizations, with a focus on remote recording as we all navigate this new era of production.

Kyle is a conscious entrepreneur and start-up consultant with over a decade of experience innovating, building, and propelling cutting-edge concepts into impactful organizations. With a strong finance background in venture-backed start-ups, coupled with exceptional operational and management skills, Kyle is an attuned leader, dynamic problem solver, and adept team builder. His experience spans diverse sectors such as non-profits, ecommerce, media, AI, health & wellness, and cannabis.

For 25yrs, Lionel has produced and directed live/TV variety entertainment, sports events & music concert films/DVDs globally. On his downtime, he pursues his passion for creating opportunity for economic development, digital literacy and inclusionary housing for all.

I’m am life time audio engineer and drummer. I toured the world for 14 years advancing to the Tour/Production Manager roles for artists such as Jennifer Hudson, Robin Thicke, then transitioned to broadcast television working for some of the longest running shows in Hollywood such as Ellen, The Tonight Show and Jimmy Kimmel. I won an Emmy Award for sound mixing in 2018, also the founder and drummer for Missus Jones a Tribute to Amy Winehouse. I am an entrepreneur, I host Sunday night meditations, a life time Buddhist and love my fellow mankind.

Lived in an Australian Aboriginal community for 3 years to study how we mature creatively.

Micah is an artist passionate about storytelling, composing, and performing music that supports, enhances, and creates meaningful "moments." He is the co-founder and lead vocalist of America's Got Talent Finalist, Sons of Serendip. Career highlights include collaborations with the Boston Pops, Cincinnati Pops, Cynthia Erivo, performing for the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, Oprah Winfrey's 2020 Vision Tour closing celebration. Most recently, Sons of Serendip was invited as one of the artists to represent the United States at the World Expo in Dubai.

One day Ty's mom met his dad. They did adult cardio and 9 months later, Ty. After graduating HS at 13, getting a B.A at 15 and getting his M.A at 17, Ty leaned into public service fully. He has worked with DC's Office of Youth Programs, UDC and now serves as the Founder and Director of Policy for Concerned Citizens Demanding Change. Ty is also an Outreach Strategist for the organization 51 for 51.

Holly is the CEO of Holly Truitt Consulting. Designer, federally funded researcher and author, her firm helps institutions co-create solutions with their communities that better the world. Clients include/have included: Harvard Medical School, Fortune 500s, Government of Abu Dhabi, Tribal entities, and others. A presenter at places like HATCH, TEDx and MIT, she has taught at the Stanford d.school. She lives in Missoula, Montana with her boy Finn, husband Reed, and their 12 pound dog named Baguette.

Pete is a people, process, and culture expert. He brings an adult development approach to facilitating experiences and elevating individual & team performance. His current venture is MagDrive Tech, commercializing the first zero-emission valve solution for Oil/Gas, Hydrogen, Nuclear & Space. Pete does his facilitation & leadership dev work with TILT. He’s volunteered as a co-designer/facilitator of the HATCH summits since 2013.
His spiritual practices are playing hockey, parenting, Zen meditation, and dealing with stage IV cancer… roughly in that order

Folk soul singer / songwriter, Teneia is a International touring musician and activist who spreads a message of love and equality. Her profound take on love and social justice makes her a force of nature. She's a musical ambassador for the United States. In 2022, Teneia become the 3rd female composer to present with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra in 75 years. Teneia is passionate about female empowerment, equality, love and dance.

Renay centers people as an impact strategist driven by catalyzing change & leveraging the power of partnerships to shift unjust systems. Renay advises leadership of fortune 500 corporations & has implemented social impact programs globally; created Rhetoric to Action, a series of conversations to mobilize collective action for racial justice; led grant diversification efforts for the Japan Foundation; facilitated sessions at the UN and the US Department of State; teaches Personal Leadership to sustainability MBA students; and serves on sever.

Lou Morris was raised in northern Minnesota and retains his affinity for mid-western values. He has spent his career in Advertising & Marketing. Settling into the slopes of Montana Lou has rekindled his passion for storytelling as he pursues acting and voiceover projects. Lou Morris has been an essential part of the HATCH family since its inception in 2004.

Echoing an award-winning career across entertainment, industrial, media and technology industries, Chris has valuable insights, practices, and resources to thrive in an always-evolving cultural landscape. He has done this alongside the UN, Fast Company, Omnicom Media Group, MullenLowe, Cannes Lions, The Nyah Project, HubSpot, and and authored the 2018 #1 bestselling book, 10 Essential Rules for Breaking Essential Rules.

William Chamberlin is pushing the envelope in social, educational, and media experiences by continually reintegrating an arsenal of new concepts and human connections. Through an experiential remix uniting music, dialogue, activism, and expression, each step and swell brings a new form of media cultivating curiosity, education & empathy. This arsenal will serve well as he descends upon the world like a platinum-fisted pterodactyl, dropping artistic carpet bombs carrying the seed of expression and social conglomeration.

Raymond was born and raised in Montana where his love for nature lead him down the educational path of reclaiming disturbed lands. His fascination with soil/plant/wildlife communities, conservation, and feeding people keeps his hands in the dirt. He spent 10 years as a rodeo bullfighter finding flow while dancing with bulls; which ultimately brought him to the TEDx stage. His work with non profits in recent years has inspired Raymond to further his Facilitation skills so he can help others find their best selves and succeed in the dreams they have, often through the lens of storytelling.

I thrive when living an artful existence creating solutions for an optimistic future. My work centers around comprehensive design, systems thinking, and the arts. Iv’e contributed concept design-work to the automotive, gaming, theme park, movie and tech. industries for 30 years. It’s my love of nature, experience with manufacturing and interest in bettering humanity that inspired me to found Eqogo, a robust platform to evaluate and rate products on their social, environmental and quality attributes. I seek to make the pursuit of transparency a contagion for irreversible change.

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference, while also developing her own short doc films. Common core? To enhance mindsets, crystalize experiences and amplify outcomes. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner – Executive Design Director, she coined her 2018 “creative sabbatical” before opting to consult. She loves shaping content, helping founders articulate their offer, and programming workshops with others to unlock individual and collective impact.

Cole is a bright young man with unlimited promise. A proud English Major and lifelong pianist, Cole is passionate about art, music, and all things that bring people joy and meaning. Cole works on the team at HATCH to keep Yarrow organized and bring sparkle and shine to HATCH’s internal processes. Cole is a youth coach for the Seattle Bouldering Project Climbing Team and a mentor for Alpha Climbing. Cole is a fierce advocate for intersectional justice in all the work he does, and has a passion for conversations about crunchy stuff.

Rachel works at the intersection of event production, facilitation, community building, and strategy. She helps build connections, design and create live events/experiences, and produce products that make an impact. She’s a certified Integral Facilitator with a passion for supporting and inspiring others to connect to their ‘WHY’ and achieve their goals.

As the Chief Operating Officer for HATCH, Jared works to educate, accelerate, and invest in entrepreneurs who are creating solutions to social problems. Jared’s role involves developing and implementing strategies to collaborate with individuals, corporations and foundations to scale the impact of HATCH globally. Also an Instructor at Prescott College, Jared teaches courses in Ecopsychology, The History of Psychiatry, Yogic Philosophy, and Human Development. As a researcher for the Gwydion Fund, Jared works to connect people with the natural world.

Social justice and health equity are at the root of Amber's approach to leading nonprofits and social impact initiatives for public-private partnerships. After 14+ years of working in academics, she applies her background in global health policy to systems strengthening spanning mental health and addiction, community development, and most recently youth restorative justice. Facilitating groups and organizations as they navigate difficult decisions, growth edges, and challenging conversations is a newer skill that Amber is committed to growing.

Kirk Eklund is the founder and lead designer of Inkfish Ideas (a Creative Consultancy) who has been working at the intersection of Innovation and Equity since 2014. He specializes in using Design Thinking to help teams and organizations reimagine how they tackle complex problems, and uses the same methodology for leadership development and program design. Combining the content he learns as an executive coach at Stanford’s d.school, National Equity Project’s leadership program, and years of working with a variety of clients, Kirk provides a unique approach in support of equitable innovation.
