She also serves on 8 boards of directors, is a guest lecturer, public speaker and triathlete.

Abigail Russell

Abby finds meaning in facilitating connections between individuals aiming to shake up the status quo in honor of a reimagined and better world. Though a charming southerner, it is her instinct not polity guiding her in building bridges within and across teams: she lives the belief that people are the vital, sustaining glue that aligns visionary leadership with operational efficiency. You can find her speaking uncomfortable truths to the c-suite, encouraging growth on the front lines, connecting dots to build revenue or process efficiency, or writing proposals to increase community footprint.
Kyle Megrue
Kyle Megrue recently moved to Venice, CA from NYC. He graduated from Dartmouth in 2012 to join the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Kyle then transitioned into the NY start-up eco-system as the first employee of several young companies, including the D2C sneaker brand, Greats.com. He built their global supply chain and led several rounds of venture financing, culminating in the sale to Steve Madden in 2019.
From 2019 to 2021 Kyle helped launch and scale companies spanning artificial intelligence, fashion, health & wellness, and media. He now works at a cannabis company in LA.

Teneia Sanders

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Teneia is an internationally touring musician and songwriter, and has seven albums to her credit. She has won multiple awards, had her work featured in television and film ( (Netflix, HBO), and shared the stage with various critically-acclaimed artists. With a career spanning over a decade, Teneia has toured relentlessly throughout the years. Her 2018 side project, Heart Society gained recognition through the Sixthman Cayamo music cruise alongside John Prine, Buddy Miller, LeAnn Womack and many more. Teneia is a visionary with the heart to match.
Cindy Chin

Cindy is a serial entrepreneur, venture strategist, and cultural ambassador of the arts and sciences. She is a data evaluator in frontier technologies with data, AI, machine learning, geospatial satellite technology, and planetary defense focus areas. She is also a NASA Datanaut, a RSA Fellow, a visiting professor at FH Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, mentor, advisor and board member to tech startups teams including Google for Startups Accelerator in North America and AI Data Lab at Howard University. She was named as one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 50 Most Daring Entrepreneurs in 2018
Charlie Strom

I am a builder, designer, and musician, deeply passionate about climate change and epistemics/education. Labels aside, I am also likely the youngest applicant and/or participant in this program. My sincere hope is that whatever I do in life, I am able to help grow and guide us all toward a future rich with connection, meaning, and security.
Amber Caldwell
Product of a boisterous Irish Catholic family - CA Highway Patrol Dad/Hairdressor Mom. I am a Big Sister, consider myself the "Best Aunt" and oldest granddaughter/cousin of 39 and counting! I Just turned 40 and have managed to spend these past few decades enjoying learning and growing professionally in healthcare, having spent many years working in academics and now in the public-private sector founding my own consulting firm. I am an empath, very social but recharge alone. I love to travel and find myself never too far away from the ocean. Coffee nut and yogi at heart. Let's go!
Roshi Givechi

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference while also developing her own short doc film– all to enhance mindsets, crystalize experiences and amplify outcomes. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner - Executive Design Director, she coined her “creative sabbatical” in 2018 before opting to consult. She loves helping founders articulate their offer, shaping content, and facilitating workshops with others to unlock individual and collective impact.

Joshua Lesser

Rabbi Joshua Lesser is a leader at the intersection of justice and spirituality. He was named one of the 36 Most Inspiring Rabbis in the US by the Forward and The Huffington Post's 100 Most Influential LGBTQ Clergy. After 22 years of congregational service, Rabbi Josh is working on several projects as a Rabbinic Innovation Fellow promoting contemplative approaches to moral injury. The spiritual director for The OnBeing Project's Social Healing Fellowship, Josh’s work continues to elevate timely conversations that help communities that promote justice, healing, and restoration.
Kirk Eklund

Kirk Eklund is the founder and lead designer of Inkfish Ideas (a Creative Consultancy) who has been working at the intersection of Innovation and Equity since 2014. He specializes in using Design Thinking to help teams and organizations reimagine how they tackle complex problems, and uses the same methodology for leadership development and program design. Combining the content he learns as an executive coach at Stanford’s d.school, National Equity Project’s leadership program, and years of working with a variety of clients, Kirk provides a unique approach in support of equitable innovation.
Brooks Tyrrell

Brooks is the founder of Hearth Co. a housing development company based in Big Sky/Bozeman, Montana. Hearth Co. designs and constructs housing communities using living building design, restorative earth practices, and community oriented living. Hearth Co.'s projects are aiming to find harmony between new construction and Mother Earth. Brooks received a BA in management consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Brooks spends most of his time enveloped in the Montana wilderness, drawn inward by wholeness and space.
Alan MacIntosh

Alan was nurtured in the dreich weather of north east Scotland where coastal winds, latitude 57 light and the canny Doric culture were key epigenetic influences modulated by his inspirational father who encouraged an all-rounder ethos, contagious curiosity and eye opening travel abroad. Having worked around the globe and now living the American Dream in Canada, Alan is inspired to support ambitious founders to embrace risk to achieve world positive outcomes believing that with only so many days on the planet, we owe it to ourselves to uncover such latent talent and help unleash its potential.

Ada is an established thought leader at the intersection of philanthropy, equity and global economic development. At Pivotal Ventures, founded by Melinda Gates, she directs high level engagement and strategies to advance social progress in the United States. Specifically, in the areas of transformative philanthropy, accelerating the power and influence women and girls of color, and adolescent mental health (globally and domestically).
Sheryl Winarick

Sheryl is an explorer, facilitator and immigration lawyer. Her legal career is consistent with a greater purpose: building bridges across differences to spark curiosity & joy, and to model the possibility of thriving in harmony. In 2018, she drove over 10,000 miles through 20 countries from Germany to Mongolia in a little car painted by graffiti artists along the way, hosting gatherings with migrants, refugees & generational citizens to explore culture & identity in the context of migration. One day she’ll write a book about her adventures and the extraordinary people she's met along the way.
