HATCH Summit Braintrust Sprint

WHAT IS A BRAINTRUST SPRINT?
As an alternative to our Signature Labs where new teams commit to working together for 2 hours/day across 3 days, HATCH’s new Braintrust Sprints are one-time 90-minute sessions where HATCHers come together to provide thought partnership to support a specific “Ask.”
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE THIS?
The Braintrust Sprint is for you if you’d prefer more open-space throughout your time at the HATCH summit.
This option was designed to offer more project acceleration options, as well as more white space for walks, horseback riding, or quiet reflection. For this option, you would commit to one afternoon, leaving the other two free to choose another Brainstrust, or simply open space.
CAN I HOST MY OWN BRAINTRUST?
Anyone at the Summit can surface their “Ask” — a topic or idea they would like to workshop with others. These Braintrust Sprint sessions will be organized at the Summit through a sign-up board. If you post an “Ask,” then you would host one 90-minute session, aided by a starter card with prompts that HATCH will provide. Anyone who signs up for your ASK becomes your thought partner to workshop the topic as a group. We highly recommend that if you select this option instead of the Signature Labs, you commit to participating in at least ONE Braintrust Sprint session during the three days.
We will suggest specified times that do not coincide with other key programmed events, as well as reflect locations where different small groups can congregate.
WILL THESE BE FACILITATED?
Braintrusts will not have a designated facilitator, however, we will provide some guiding prompts to help you make the most of your session.
