Gil Forer

LEAD PARTNER, DIGITAL & BUSINESS DISRUPTION GLOBAL @ ERNST & YOUNG. In his role, Gil leads the global network of wavespace and its go-to-market strategy and execution through working with various leaders and stakeholders within EY’s service lines, sectors and enabling functions. The focus of wavespace is centered on the notion that people support what they help create. In addition, Gil leads EYQ, which is EY’s global think-tank. EYQ is focused on the question “what’s after what’s next?” Gil also founded and is the organizing chair of EY’s annual Innovation Realized Summit which is a two-day immersive experience-based retreat for C-level executives. From a client service perspective, Gil serves as the North America client service partner on Diageo and the global client service partner on Sequoia Capital. Previously, Gil was the Global Cleantech industry leader and prior to his Cleantech leadership role, Gil was based in London and was the global leader for EY’s Venture Capital Advisory Group (VCAG) and the Global IPO program. He was also the first National Director of Sales and Marketing for EY in Israel, where he was a key member of the executive management team that led EY to be the country’s leading professional services firm.
