Marques began his professional career in the NFL, playing for 5 years. After a pivot in 2006, Marques founded the World Education Foundation, performing research and project development in 18 different countries. Marques is an alumnus of Singularity University’s Global Solutions Program, sponsored by NASA. Marques has become an expert in Cyborg Anthropology, bringing ambitious ideas to communities and markets around the world. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Urban Matrix One, which focuses on utilizing satellite imagery, unique data sets and machine learning to solve global challenges.

Malou was raised on a multi-generational ranch in the mountains of Montana with a family deeply valuing education and open-minded thinking. After pursuing an education and a career in humanities, she's back at the ranch with her husband and daughters. She's proudly part of the "Keepers of the new West" movement and the stories arising from the ideas of protecting wild landscapes, keeping the good parts of agriculture alive, and healing the earth (and ourselves) through a deeper connection to the earth - while remaining open to the technologies that can help us do so.

Sam grew up with a sense of adventure and a desire to question everything. That foundation caused him to first pursue a career as an investment banker and then as a hedge fund manager. The learning curve was steep, the stakes were high and before he knew it he was managing several billion. A desire for personal growth propelled travel around the world, immersing himself in new experiences and cultures. Re-energized, he emerged embolden to pursue his BI tech startup.

Having lived for many years out of integrity and started a career in a field I had no interest in, I have seen the value in striving for authenticity in all that we are and do. This quest to guide people towards their truth, whatever it may be, has led me to be a coach, mentor and people development specialist. I work in companies and with individuals to help improve self esteem and productivity and to neutralise stigma, both internally and externally.

Dr. Eric L Berlow is an ecologist, network scientist, and CEO of Vibrant Data Labs - a social impact data science lab. He is internationally recognized for his research on ecological complexity. A TED Senior Fellow, Eric co-founded Vibrant Data Inc., a data interface company which was acquired by Rakuten in 2016. His two TED talks on finding hidden patterns in complex data have received millions of views. Eric received a B.A. in Biology from Brown University, a PhD in Community Ecology from Oregon State University, and was an NSF Post-Doctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley.

Jill recently relocated to Chicago from NYC after a 20+ year career that began in film and TV production before shifting to client leadership and strategy at large creative agencies. She's since left the advertising industry to start Pepp Collective, an evolving group of brilliant specialists brought together to create a collaborative environment to service each client's individual needs. This has allowed her to combine her past experience in business and team leadership, strategy, production, digital, integrated marketing and media with her passion for making positive change in our world.

Lindsay Blatt is a Brooklyn-based filmmaker who specializes in travel & adventure stories. She produces two series for PBS NewsHour; That Moment When and Brief But Spectacular. She directed Herd in Iceland, which documents the nation's annual horse round-up and aired on PBS. Lindsay produced the feature documentary The Most Unknown, directed by Ian Cheney and advised by Werner Herzog. Her work has been featured at DOC NYC, Big Sky Film Festival, CIFF, Environmental Film Festival, on Showtime, and in The New York Times. Her clients include Instagram, Wild Women Expeditions, and Virgin Unite.

Kindness, strength, and determination are traits woven into all areas of Megan M. Boettcher's life. A visual arts teacher with 15 years of experience, Megan is inspiring the next generation to be creative problem solvers and outside the box thinkers. Independent of school, Megan is driven by her kids and passions. Running, art, swimming, soccer tournaments, skiing, are only a few high points. Her kids, both gifted with dyslexia, push her to be a better human being in all aspects of life.

Ania is a Broker and Co-Founder of The Big Sky Real Estate Company. She is a problem-solver with a deep commitment to people and organizations she believes in. Past professions include public relations, advertising, publishing and journalism. She enjoys collaborating with various non-profit causes that impact children, families, arts & education. She has an eye for good ideas and a notebook full of her own.

Ryall is the Co-Founder of CR SCORE. CR SCORE is a pro-social company who's mission is to demystify and democratize the college admissions process by delivering an expert college readiness counselor into all students' pockets. Ryall has a professional background in marketing and sales, marketing research, and a Ph.D. in Marketing. Ryall is also an Associate Prof. at St. John's University and his research has been published in top academic journals and presented at top academic conferences. He has received multiple awards for his research, teaching, and service.

Susan is a powerhouse in business, civic engagement, and fighting for equality and access. She chooses to spend her time helping entrepreneurs build businesses (Quiq, Foundant, PFL, Audience Awards, Alosant, Davidson, H360); investing in candidates via OpenSourceMT that believe in funding public education, environment and access, inclusion and diversity, accessible and affordable healthcare and investment in infrastructure; and supporting people and organizations that are engaged in heroic endeavors (ACLU, Interchange, PowerhouseMT, HATCH and many others).

Chiara is deeply involved in food and sustainability innovation, as well as regenerative design. She is the co-founder, and the American branch’s CEO, of Future Food Institute, an organization that is empowering individuals, institutions and organizations to design and execute new food-related products and services, adopting a human and planet centered approach. She is part of the Expert Network at the World Economic Forum, and a fellow at the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto. She loves to write about social impact.

Amy Climer helps organizations increase their creativity so they can maximize innovation. Her clients include the Mayo Clinic, Stanford University, and the Dept of Homeland Security. Amy is the host of The Deliberate Creative Podcast. She designed Climer Cards, a creativity and teambuilding tool to deepen conversations and generate ideas. Her TEDx talk The Power of Deliberate Creative Teams explains her research which led to an assessment tool used to help teams reach their creative potential. Amy has a PhD in Leadership & Change from Antioch University. She lives in Asheville, NC, USA.

Samara Cohen AKA Princess Lockerooo is a dancer, producer, educator, and activist. She has been showcased on many of the entertainment industry's leading television platforms (Harry Connick Jr., Wendy Williams, So You Think You Can Dance?,) has worked with iconic pop artists (Madonna, Jody Watley, Icona Pop), and has produced entertainment for numerous events across the world (Lincoln Center, Summerstage, RedBull, Women's Entrepreneurship Day, World Pride). Her events raise funds for LGBTQ & AIDS organizations.

Artist through and through. As an actress in NYC, theatre highlights include: City Center Encores, The Black Monk on Theatre Row, The Fantasticks, West Side Story world tour, and Les Miserables (Barrymore Award Nom). Now in LA, Julie has done network TV shows, indie films, and co-wrote, produced and starred in an all-female film that premiered this year. When not writing a pilot or developing features, she’s singing at a MLB game or with a symphony. Julie is recording her debut solo album in a classical crossover style, with a full orchestra in Budapest. Coming this fall. BFA Drama, NYU Tisch.

Columbine is an entrepreneur who has spent her career intersecting people and the environment. At The Nature Conservancy, she created a community-based ecotourism plan in Michigan. At NOAA, she developed an award-winning public ocean awareness campaign and designed a program addressing interaction with wildlife in our oceans. As a business owner in Montana, she hatched the prototype for Subaru of America’s eco-dealer program, built an award-winning cause-marketing campaign, created non-profit partnership and philanthropy programs, and built a brick and mortar sustainable lifestyle store.

Kim Dabbs is a social entrepreneur, advocate and innovator who is leading Social Innovation for Steelcase. She has a passion for building a culture of opportunity and is leveraging that mindset as she partners with organizations leading transformational change projects around the world. She has scaled innovation and designed programs that showcased impact as she collaborated on the launch of the new Learning + Innovation Center that was built as a global hub in Munich.

Since co-authoring First Time Leader (Wiley) she has been on a mission to help organizations create the space for leadership to thrive. Starting her career in her family’s executive recruitment business she has always been fascinated by the connection between empowered employees and their impact on business success. She works with leadership teams of fast-growing tech businesses who are going through rapid change. In her spare time, she teaches regularly at General Assembly, runs leadership advisory for Google Campus’ AI start-up residency, hosts a leadership podcast and blogs for Virgin.

Motivational Musician, Transformational Troubadour, Edutainer. Jurgis is hard to pin down with conventional labels. By seamlessly mixing his passion for music and social phenomenon, he transcends conventional formats to create exceptional participative experiences that inspire and enlighten in ways that traditional methods cannot.
Over the past 5 years, Jurgis has held over 500 sessions, interactive seminars, and participative performances aimed at upgrading humanity; helping teams tap into their social capital cache by creatively educating on emotional intelligence, values and participation.

From education to activism, Liz has spent her career working tirelessly to disrupt the culture of inequity that is often pervasive in urban neighborhoods. In 2016, she launched Chicago Beyond, an impact investor that backs the fight for youth equity by fueling ideas, organizations, and people. Since its inception, Chicago Beyond has invested more than $30 million in 14 local nonprofit organizations and a community leader that fight for all youth to achieve their fullest human potential. Liz is a former high school principal, and also loves to teach yoga 🙂 Namaste.

Andrea is the former head of casting at Paramount Pictures, where she cast The Godfather and Love Story. She is the Senior VP at ICM representing Barbra Streisand, Richard Gere, Sylvester Stallone, Billy Crystal Dustin Hoffman, Burt Reynolds, among others. PETA, the Humane society and Saratoga have recognized Eastman’s efforts. In 2002, Richard Gere presented her an award from the horse rescue and rehabilitation group horse of Connecticut for her dedication to the ethical treatment of horses.

Marcus has led expeditions around the world to research plastic marine pollution, co-publishing the first global estimate and the discovery of plastic microbeads in the Great Lakes, which led to the federal Microbead-free Waters Act of 2015.  He and Anna Cummins began 5 Gyres with an 88-day journey from California to Hawaii on the Junk Raft, built from 15,000 plastic bottles. His second book, Junk Raft: An ocean voyage and a rising tide of activism to fight plastic pollution recalls the rise of the plastic pollution movement, growing steadily today.

Lia Rose creates music and tours with projects focused on making a positive impact. She writes songs that are intensely honest and at times unmistakably autobiographical. In addition to her solo releases, Rose is a member of band Built For The Sea (Experimental/Electronic/Ambient), signed to Tom Morello & Ryan Harvey's record label Firebrand Records whose aims are sharply focused on social justice. Both solo and with bands, Rose's music has been featured widely in TV & Film, including features in trailers & sizzle reels from HBO to NBC, MTV to USA.

Jess is fascinated by the way people connect - to themselves, to each other, and within groups. She's first and foremost dedicated to helping people expand their view of themselves - unlocking their full potential to live lives aligned with their values and unique talents. She works with leaders and teams in Silicon Valley, helping them build cultures of trust, alignment, execution, and sustainability.

Elysa is a healer of creativity, designer of products, champion of learning, and maker of covetable things. Elysa is an Edmund Hillary Global Impact Fellow where she harnesses the world’s creativity to generate lasting change. As Google’s first designer-in-residence, she ignites innovation, spearheads social impact projects, and builds immersive art experiences for learning and transformation. Closer to home, Elysa teaches at the Stanford d.school and plays with fiber and fire in her studio. Previously, Elysa worked at IDEO where she developed the Design Thinking for Educators platform.

With a background that includes Goldman Sachs & entrepreneurship, Marta combines business experience with robust philanthropic leadership including founding Starfish Impact & partnership at Social Venture Partners Los Angeles. Marta is a Managing Director at Angeles Investments & a UCLA Anderson & Vassar alumna. She co-founded Angeles Art Fund & GoodAdviseHers, & launched #SupportingOurSector, a CSR campaign supporting the social sector. Marta is a Liberty Hill Foundation Board Member & Westland School Trustee. Other interests include soccer, working out, reading, food & travel.

Dee is a self-described serial participator and organizer who rarely says no, and often says HELL YES! She has 20 years+ in operations, systematization and business development in experiences ranging from music festivals to company growth.

Charlie founded a company that grew from three people to sixty offices in seven countries. Inc magazine named it one of the Top 10 fastest–growing privately held companies in the U.S. He is a decorated veteran, a bestselling author, and a public servant who has worked for five U.S. Presidents, of both parties. He is a former White House Fellow, a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Columbia Law School, and a 2019 Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow. Charlie grew up in the Republic of Panama and his wife Cristina grew up in Quito, Ecuador. They have four children.

Roshi Givechi provides design consulting services to large businesses, individual startup entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations looking to make a difference while also developing her own doc film shorts – all to enhance mindsets, crystalize experiences and amplify outcomes. After 19 years at global design firm IDEO, lastly as Partner - Executive Design Director, she coined her “creative sabbatical” in 2018 before opting to consult. She loves helping founders articulate their offer, and programming workshops with seasoned facilitators to unlock individual and collective impact.

Mark is the founder of Eqogo, a robust platform to evaluate products for their long term value and environmental impacts. Mark seeks to collaborate with similarly concerned souls in honing behaviors to one of conscious consumption, global stewardship and active humanity to feed our desires. He enjoys an artful existence in a life dedicated to design. Eyes keen to beauty, mind warm to solutions and a heart yearning to create a better future.

Elke is the Chief Community Officer at MyVillage, which means she designs strategy based on connection and experience (for end-user and the team behind it) She is also the founder and CEO of Mamalode which has been celebrated as "America's best parenting magazine" and also harnessed the power of authentic community and storytelling to create powerful shifts. Passionate about recovering from burnout and travel, sometimes at the same time. Ultimately, she is a bit of a conjurer...

Dr. Gulati is a polymath who speaks, writes, teaches, advises, invests, & builds cool things (mostly in health). People pay him for his ideas, and to perform what he's thinking. Currently, he's working on a crazy idea where he believes we can change the global conversation in health through better storytelling, called WellPlayed.health. Meredith is Founder/CEO of ThinkHuman, a leadership development firm that works with entrepreneurially-spirited organizations such as Spotify, SoulCycle and Snapchat. ThinkHuman’s work focuses on personal development and servant leadership, . Meredith teaches at educational institutions including MIT and The Esalen Institute and lives in NYC.

Jaime is the Founder and CEO of alley-oop, a start-up focused on strengthening relationships across generations, starting specifically with Dad & Daughters. Passionate about empowering women and girls, when Jaime learned that the father-daughter relationship was shown to have statistically significant benefits to both sides – a true game changer - the seed for alley-oop was planted. Coupled with an amazing team and her previous work experience at Yahoo, Fox, and TaskRabbit, Jaime recognized the “double bottom line” potential for this tech / new-media company to be something revolutionary.

Starting in 2000, Jeremy was the 4th Grade Head Learner at Big Sky School District. He recently graduated from 4th grade and has taken on the role of MS/HS Lead Learner of Design Thinking/Technology. When not in the classroom, he leads an outdoor summer camp, untangles his son’s fishing line, and guides his wife Kristin down various regional waterways.

Chris is a senior program officer in Entrepreneurship for the Kauffman Foundation, where he funds organizations that remove barriers for all entrepreneurs in the heartland. A lifelong rural Kansan, he develops and leads initiatives to support rural entrepreneurship and communities. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Harris was a director for the Kansas Department of Commerce, where he developed programs to support nonprofit capital campaigns, early-stage equity funding for startups, and rural out-migration issues. He was also a key leader on legislative strategy for non-profits.

Jay is the Executive Director and CEO at Full Circle Fund. Throughout his career, Jay has been able to work for dynamic and forward-thinking organizations across the country and has always committed his time to mission-driven organizations dedicated to making positive change. His specialties include non-profit management, corporate partnership/business development, program development, evaluation and feedback, database administration and organizational optimization.

Patrick Hoffman is an educator and artist residing in Bozeman, Montana. He has been living and learning in the Rocky Mountain West for the past 22 years, with a primary focus in ceramics and Arts education. Clay serves as his primary medium for the expression of idea, form, function, and beauty; teaching through the material to encourage both exploration and risk. When he is not in his studio working with his hands or in the classroom teaching, he is outside exploring the mountains.

Ed is personally motivated to be his best self as often as possible. He defines that as being passionate, curious and driven to make a difference for his family, friends, and community. On a professional level he is fortunate to work for a company that is purpose-driven and brands that are authentic. His role as the Corporate Leader for Sustainability is both a tremendous opportunity and challenge. He believes brands have both the ability and the obligation to deliver growth in a responsible way.

Ellen Jackowski drives HP’s Sustainable Impact strategy and programs that focus on the planet, people and the communities that HP serves. Ellen also oversees efforts to align and integrate these programs with HP’s Personal Systems, Imaging and Printing, and 3D Printing business groups to ensure that sustainability is at the core of HP’s business results. Previously, Ellen was a management consultant. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and is a faculty member of the The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme at the University of Cambridge.

Gaute is the Co-founder and CEO of TOR Corp since 2018 and Graphitene since 2014. He has 17 years of C-level executive management roles in the UK, US, Norway and Italy in addition to 6 years as manager with General Electric, Schlumberger and Dresdner Bank. He spent 4 years as part-time Assoc. Professor of finance at the MBA-program at University of Phoenix. Gaute is a graduate of the Norway Army Military Academy where served as Lieutenant. He holds a MBA from Columbia Business School as well as MSc, NTNU and BSc from University of California Santa Barbara.

Rachel is the Interim CEO of the Junior State of America Foundation, a national non-profit whose mission is to strengthen American democracy by educating and preparing high school students for life-long involvement and responsible leadership in a democratic society. Rachel serves on the Board of the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, where she earned her graduate degree. She was a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Project. Rachel spent 15 years as an Associate Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation.

In his 20s, Brandon established himself as the bridge between entertainment & new ventures, but that was never the true source of fulfillment for him. Outside of work is where he found purpose, launching a conflict resolution program in prisons, bringing global communities together for gatherings around the world, and building community-led youth programs in Watts, Los Angeles. You’re meeting Brandon at an interesting moment where all the random pieces of his life have intersected into a new mission, bringing impact and influence together to create youth-focused new media formats.

Finn Kelly co-founded The Go Game in 2001, a company is whose sole mission is to bring people together through play. Primarily a team building company, his proprietary gaming platform is licensed in 7 countries and the company currently produces over 200 events a month. After he built the Karaoke Rickshaw for Burning Man, he set to work on a Remote Team Building platform which weaves together video conferencing with gamification, in an effort to bring remote work forces together and possibly provide a cure to the common meeting.

Brandon leads social impact partnerships at the intersection of the private and public sector. Brandon studied organizational management at the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington and was part of a small cohort of Peace Corps Master’s International Volunteers that coupled graduate studies with service abroad. After 10 years working in the public sector, Brandon has become a strong advocate for the power of design and technology to responsibly face both human and social challenges.

Joe is a startup founder with a passion for growing creative organizations, and developing software that transforms unstructured data into simple + beautiful experiences that delight. He's also very interested in learning about new social impact models and have been involved with several non-profits, primarily with a focus on economic opportunity.

Yarrow is the Founder of HATCH, Aspen Institute Fellow, and named 2015 top 100 creatives in the U.S. by Origins. He was a pioneer of early social networking and has been building global communities for twenty years. Yarrow believes that solving our most pressing challenges requires activated communities, collaboration, and creativity. In 1999, Yarrow created the pioneer online social network, The Hero Project – 3 years before My Space. In 2016 Yarrow founded H360, an A.I. machine learning platform as an impact collaboration and human capital optimization platform to help HATCH a Better World.

Chris is an open innovation portfolio lead with IDEO. His work focuses on circular economy initiatives in partnership with leading Fortune 100s such as Nike, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola.

The programs he designs are pushing the boundaries of what’s achievable through open innovation with an emphasis on sourcing, acceleration, and piloting. His work has been featured in publications such as Fast Company, Bloomberg, CNN, and Esquire.

He holds an MBA from California College of the Arts, and a dual-degree BFA in both sculpture and painting from the GWU Corcoran College of Art.

Kenneth Lacovara has unearthed some of the largest dinosaurs ever to walk the earth, including the massive Dreadnoughtus. He is a recipient of The Explorers Club Medal, a TED speaker, and author of Why Dinosaurs Matter. His discoveries have landed him three times in Discover magazine’s 100 Top Science Stories of the Year. Currently, he is researching the extinction of the dinosaurs. As Director of the Edelman Fossil Park, he is building a museum designed to connect people to deep time, the contingencies of natural history, and the fragility of our planet.

COL (RET) Alan Landry is a dynamic leader with unique experiences in public and private sectors. He founded ALtuitive Holdings, LLC, to enhance performance in mentorship and leadership. He is the author of Growing Mentor Intelligence™ – A Field Guide to Mentoring and the Companion Workbook, important contributions to the field of human capital development. He provides individual mentoring and organizational workshops to create more effective, inclusive teams and grow mentor programs. His passion is to lead people and organizations to their noble purpose to make the world a better place.

Josie Lehrer, Sc.D. is Founder/Director of the Men’s Story Project and an affiliated senior researcher at the UCSF Center for Global Reproductive Health. Her work in the U.S. and abroad focuses on gender equality, gender-based violence, HIV/AIDS, masculinities, and related topics. She has consulted with MTV/VH1 and UN Women, served as a senior advisor at the USAID Office of HIV/AIDS, and led support groups for LGBTQ youth living with HIV/AIDS. Her work has been featured on CNN and other media, and she holds a doc degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. Musician/dancer/adventurer. 🙂

Joshua Lesser has proudly served as the Senior Rabbi at a progressive and creative synagogue Congregation Bet Haverim for over 20 years. He currently serves on the board of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association and is the Chair of the City of Atlanta’s Human Relations Commission. He has been a committed advocate for racial justice working on issues of mass incarceration, bail reform and challenging systems of white supremacy. He is the rabbinic editor of Torah Queeries, a Weekly Bible Commentary and the founder of the Southern Jewish Resources Network for Gender and Sexual Diversity.

Sam is co-founder and managing director of Triple Tree, a software engineering accelerator in Bozeman, MT. Since founding Triple Tree in 2016 as a student at Montana State University, Triple Tree has been named one of Montana’s tech startups to watch, helped launch multi-million dollar startups nationally, and pioneered software solutions in healthcare training, pharmaceutical compliance, veteran transition, and identity verification services. Sam is a lifelong Montanan, avid ice climber, and backcountry skier.

Erica Mackey is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Bozeman-based MyVillage. She is building a high-quality, community-driven solution to the national childcare shortage by empowering home-based childcare and preschool providers with the tools they need to grow a successful business that puts kids and families first. She led the largest venture capital seed round in Montana history at $6 million last April. Previously, Erica co-founded and served as COO of Zola Electric, the world’s first scalable off-grid electric company, connecting over 1 million Africans to affordable solar energy.

Kat Magill performed for HBO's Def Poetry Jam, featured in the documentary "Spit", seen on Current TV, and aired on radio stations from Alaska to Hawaii. With her talent to engage and maneuver through a wide range of audiences, she has opened up for such artist as Iyanla Vanzant, Claudia Rankine, Grammy Award winner Ryan Lesli, Hip Hop Legend Mos Def, Latin Grammy award winning Ozomatli and spoke alongside of Whitney Thompson winner of America's Next top model. Kat recently released a dual project THE MYTH, a poetry film and book, one the first of its genre with a sold out release in L.A.

Anne M. Mahlum is a female entrepreneur who knows how to create and build with purpose…and she knows how to do it quickly. She is currently the Founder, Owner and CEO of a fast-growing boutique fitness company she founded in DC in 2013 called [solidcore] In just 5 years, Anne has grown her company to more than 50 locations (entirely corporately owned) with more than 100,000 clients, including Michelle Obama. Before [solidcore], Anne ran a non-profit, called Back on My Feet (BoMF) that she founded in 2007.

Liz Marchi is the founder of Frontier Angel Fund 2 and the Fund Coordinator for the Frontier Angel Fund, LLC, Montana’s first angel fund. These funds invest in early stage companies in Montana and the inland Pacific Northwest and pioneered a syndication strategy for rural markets. As a teacher of high school urban youth, a board member for Junior State of America Foundation, and a senior policy fellow of educational advocates at Teach Plus, Kip pushes the boundaries of our educational system towards greater equity, civility, and worth. Alayna is an artist who works with natural fibers, plant dyes, deep listening, and hopeful worldviews. She was a fellow at the Textile Arts Center in NYC and has worked as a designer for brands like Haptic Lab, BDDW, and Red Ants Pants. She has an apparel line (Absorka) and a fashion-tech startup (May West) that focuses on the material innovation of milkweed floss as an alternative insulator inside winter jackets. Tuck Yates Tyrrell MSc is a barefoot ecologist and Holistic Scientist. As a recent graduate from Schumacher College, he embodies the teachings of Gaia Theory, Deep Ecology, and Processual Philosophy. Nathan moved to Montana in August of 2018 for his sophomore year in high school. Since then he has enjoyed Big Sky and all the community and outdoor activities and sports that the town has to offer. He's passionate about maintaining an excellent academic performance in school, and experiencing the best of what life has to offer - including the HATCH experience.

Sophia Cone is a 16 year old Big Sky high school student with an eye for design and a major travel bug. While visiting places like Africa, London, France and China, she discovered her love for experiencing new cultures. She recently spent time working as an interior designer for Big Sky Redesign and learned a lot through the opportunity. Sophia is very passionate about interior design, environmental issues and soccer.

Kamia is a sophomore at Alliance Judy Ivie Burton Technology Academy High School. She enjoys playing basketball and debate. Kamia is passionate about human rights and equality for all.

Merielen is a high achieving student at Alliance Dr.Olga Mohan High School, and is part of the Junior States of America Organization. Through that organization she is able to voice her opinions on different political issues. In the future she aspires to major in Political Science and pursue a career as an attorney.

Reilly is a junior at Lone Peak High School. She is an avid volleyball player and passionate about photography and creative writing. Most of all, Reilly is looking forward to HATCH to meet new people and explore ideas!

Valeria is a high school senior, dedicated to her education and community. Ambitious and people-driven, she is involved in extracurriculars such as the ACLU’s Youth Liberty Squad, Junior State of America chapter at school, Culture Committee leadership cohort and more. Recently, Valeria became a board member of her school's site council. She loves debating, reading (literature), drawing, and catching up on politics!

Amarachukwu (Amara) is a high school senior and the president of the Bangor High School chapter of the Stormwater Management Team. As a member of this team, she samples sites along her local streams in order to ensure that it is safe for recreational use. Amara also conducts independent research, testing whether the presence of fungi in plant roots enhances the removal of heavy metal pollutants from water. This research awarded her with the First Place and Best of Category Awards in the category of Plant Sciences at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.

Alexis Jackson is a Montana transplant originally born in the Midwest. Her family relocated to Big Sky Montana 8 years ago to give everyone a different perspective on life. Alexis is completing her Junior Year in High School at Big Sky Discovery Academy. She was given the honorary title of Resident Fashionista by students and teachers at her school for expressing her own creativity through fashion. When Alexis is not in the outdoors skiing, dirt biking, or backcountry camping in Yellowstone you will find her following her passions of singing, drawing, writing, and learning about history.

Charlie Strom is a sophomore at Bozeman High School. For as long as he can remember, Charlie has loved to build and create. He has pursued woodworking and metal sculpting, while also producing the odd flamethrower here and there. More recently, he has built several foundries and begun teaching himself guitar.

Samantha was born in Honduras, and moved to Big Sky when she was 12 years old. She enjoys working and being helpful, and holds many goals in life - one of which is to make her family proud. She intends to become a successful business-woman or lawyer and wants change the world by becoming an example for young women around the world to follow. At only 16 years of age, she has lived and experienced a lot, dreams big, and thinks that hard work and a good attitude can make a big difference in life.

Ryan is a 14 year old musician, runner, and dyslexic. He was featured in the Montana Standard newspaper as the November Student of the Month. Ryan has attended iD Tech camps in 3D printing, coding, and machine learning, and aspires to be a Computer Scientist. When not pursuing academics, Ryan embraces the Montana outdoors. He enjoys playing the piano as a creative outlet, most recently making a promotional video for his cross country team. He runs a small lawn care and snow removal business. Wanting to bring tech opportunities to rural areas, he looks forward to HATCH collaboration.

Beth Wrzesinski is a senior in high school in Bozeman, Montana and enjoys participating in a variety of extracurricular activities. She is an officer for the Human Rights Club and a captain for her Speech and Debate team. She is passionate about film because it allows her to connect to people visually. She has had the opportunity to make several short videos to promote non-profit projects in the Bozeman area.

Raymond Ansotegui is a retired rodeo bullfighter that holds a M.S. in land reclamation. His work has allowed him to be involved in many challenging projects to help Mother Earth begin her healing. Raymond is currently in the search for where his skills could best be used for the betterment of the environment and people.

Mark Brand offers an engaging, bold, brutally honest portrayal of hunger, homelessness and addiction today in our communities. His dedication to changing the landscape and encouraging others to look at sustainable business models is at the forefront of his inspiring keynotes. Social impact and change is not only evident in his own business models, but his thought leadership is contagious to challenge many others to also make a difference.

Chris knows that life is forever changing and he is on a turbo tour for the entire ride. He's a realtor, retired firefighter, electrician, and is flirting with working in renewable energy. He has many passions but his main focus has always been family and friends.
He is now a double below-the-knee amputee due to a paragliding accident that nearly took his life. For the most part he does not see himself as handicapped. Collectively and unconditionally - he's got this!

Sean spends as much time as possible in nature. For the past four years, Sean has lived in Montana guiding skiing, mountain biking, hiking, trips to Yellowstone National Park and overnight river trips. With an educational background in Environmental Studies and Ecosystem Biology, his time studying glaciology, marine ecology, science communication, film and photo, and Indigenous history and culture along the Northwest Coast have been most formative in my life, along with time off-the-grid on the coast of Maine. Cassidy is the Executive Coordinator at HATCH. She is an innovator, self-motivator and creative thinker. Previously, Cassidy was a founding member of Adventure Aide, an app for adventures and match-making people to their passions. With her background in marketing and project management, Cassidy bridges the gaps between marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop growth strategies, initiate and facilitate cross-platform campaigns, and design internal management processes. At HATCH, Cassidy manages various programs and helps work with fellow HATCHers to accelerate projects and solutions

Kene has learned that we are all connected by taking millions of photographs of people all over the world. Photography allows him to gain that insight more often, and helps him connect to all of life and fills his soul with love. Photography to him is living in the pleasant presence of the present tense. He tries to practice gratitude, and is very interested in the stranger he hasn't met yet.

Bryant is a storyteller. An Event Producer by trade, Bryant uses the live experience as his main professional medium. He works for multiple event companies, producing events across the United States. He is also a writer and a dancer. In 2019 he created a dance practice, Kinetic Meditation, which he proudly teaches in Bozeman, MT. His goal is to help people tell their story through movement and dance.

Pete is a certified Integral Facilitator, licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and an entrepreneur with a MA in Human Development.

A practitioner of culture design, facilitation, Deliberately Developmental Organizations, Meditation, psychotherapy, and EOS, he specializes in elevating existing teams and events through developmental learning, coaching, and facilitation. A core member of Ten Directions training and consulting teams and a principal facilitator and experience designer for HATCH Summit, Pete has impacted executives and professional teams from numerous industries.

Nicholas is Co-Founder of the Artery Collective - a creative studio, art gallery, and workshop space in Bozeman. He's also a heart-centered creative.
