Bill Collins
Bill Collins has lead the Sales and Marketing Team at Yellowstone Club since late 2009. During his tenure at Yellowstone Club he has lead the sales efforts resulting in over $2.5 Billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Yellowstone Club, Bill was a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle and its predecessor Spaulding & Slye. During his 18 year career at JLL/S&S he specialized in advising institutional owners and tenants in their real estate strategy, analysis and execution. During his last five years at JLL he was the Managing Director of the Downtown Boston Leasing Team and was a member of the Executive Committee. As an exclusive leasing advisor, Mr. Collins represented over 20 million square feet of office space for many of the most prominent domestic and international landlords that invested in Boston. He was also involved in over 3 million square feet of transactions as a tenant advisor to a wide variety of tenants. He worked on many of the most complex, interesting and notable office projects in Boston during his tenure at JLL/S&S, winning Boston’s Downtown Office Deal of the Year in 2000 and 2008. In addition, Mr. Collins supported the Capital Markets Team that sold over $2 Billion of commercial properties in Greater Boston. He has been a frequent speaker and expert panelist for many commercial and resort real estate organizations. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College, has sat on numerous boards and currently resides in Big Sky, Montana with his wife Shannon and daughter Elizabeth. He is an avid golfer, skier and fly fisherman.
