He spent nearly a decade as the TEDxWellington / TEDxWellingtonWomen licensee plus founder of the unique video podcast Creative Welly and the annual Creative Leadership NZ conference. He’s also a Speaker Coach, working with CEO’s and senior executives plus a random ex-All Black and Dame thrown into the mix plus delivers internal masterclasses on the topics of 'purposeful storytelling' to leadership groups.

National Geographic named Gregg, “Adventurer of the Year” when he completed a 7,800-mile trek along the spine of the Andes. He founded Adventure Scientists, with a passion for exploration and scientific discovery. The nonprofit provides institutions with access to scientific data that can amplify and accelerate solutions to environmental and human health issues.

Jeremiah is the founder and CEO of Lunasonde, a startup focused on using space to better planet Earth. In 2020, Jeremiah was a recipient of Forbes 30 under 30 in Manufacturing and Industry. Prior to Lunasonde, he attended the University of Arizona and researched the molecular biophysics of Parkinson’s disease at the University of Pennsylvania. Asteroid 34104 Jeremiahpate is named in honor of his research.

Charlotte leads communications and educator community for a leading K-12 edtech company, supporting learning gains and equitable access to grade-level success for over a third of US students. Education has been the throughline in her career, which began in the classroom teaching kindergarten and later brought her to the toy industry. Her work is driven by the belief that zip codes shouldn’t predict academic outcomes, and that all children deserve the tools and access to achieve their highest aspirations. She lives in happy chaos with her husband and two young boys in Massachusetts.

Adam has worked in the music industry for 25+ years as an artist manager at Red Light Management and as a music supervisor for adventure sports. At Red Light, he has managed Grammy nominated ODESZA, Pretty Lights and Sasha along with Bonobo, Ki:Theory, Big Wild and UNKLE. Wendy is an ideator who plays with words. Once creative director at Estee Lauder and Revlon, she pivoted from divas to diapers after writing an award-winning book on kids’ activities. This led to positions at Parents and Nick Jr. where she created ground-breaking partnerships. She hit her stride as cofounder of Sandbox Summit, an annual idea forum at MIT, focused on play, learning and technology. The new model of multi-discipline symposiums explored how collaboration drives innovation. She sold Sandbox in 2016 and is now a creative consultant, still driven by the aha! of collaborative ideas.

Victor is a globally recognized human rights expert and a leading scholar on inclusive and accessible smart cities. Founder and President of the Pineda Foundation / World ENABLED, he is a serial social impact entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist, and 2x U.S. presidential appointee. Victor helped draft the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the inclusion targets of SDG 11. Gaelin is a marine scientist, explorer, photographer, filmmaker & author. Her career started conducting groundbreaking research in Antarctica & continued at Duke University where she earned her Master’s Degree researching Giant Bluefin Tunas. Alarmed by the changes happening in the oceans, Gaelin founded Global Ocean Exploration Inc to share her passion for ocean exploration, marine conservation & storytelling. Tom Gruber is a product designer and entrepreneur who uses AI technology to augment human intelligence. He was cofounder and head of design for the team that created Siri, the intelligent assistant. At Apple for over 8 years, Tom led the Advanced Development Group that designed and prototyped new capabilities for products that bring intelligence to the interface.

Tom advises companies and organizations that use AI to have a positive impact on humanity, including leaders in Assistive Neurotech, Language Understanding, Mental Health Care, and ethical applications of AI.

Morgan is a painter devoted to preservation of archetypal imagery, focused on themes of regenerative agriculture, and life on the land through agrarian and women’s narratives. Morgan has been a featured artist in Fine Art Connoisseur's "Artists to Watch", a two-time recipient of the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant for emerging figurative painters, and holds solo exhibitions around the US. In keeping of women’s narratives, she is a home birth doula passionate about protecting first life moments. She lives and works out of a cabin in Montana with her ol’ dog Bear and one friendly ghost.

Matt is a land project developer with a focus in regenerative hospitality & live experience design. He is currently collaborating with mission aligned property owners, helping across multiple stages of development. He is a founder of The Mushroom Farm, Envision Festival, Common Ground Summit, and a new private project on the OSA Peninsula of Costa Rica. He is an experienced fundraiser and provides fractional C-suite services to a number of startups. The common thread in his work is a passion for building and promoting local food systems.

Jackson Swearer was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas, where he now lives. His personal mission is for everyone to have the same opportunities that he did growing up. He works as the Executive Director at StartUp Hutch, a hyper-local entrepreneurship service organization. His side hustle is JS Connections, a facilitation and consulting service for non-profits. Passion for economic justice and public service inspire his numerous volunteer activities. Jackson follows politics – the more local the better. He likes golf and chess, but most of all he loves eating a good meal with his wife Erin.

Jay Hirschton has over two decades of leadership in social finance, philanthropy, and nonprofit sectors building teams and scaling organizations. Jay is the COO of Vibrant Data Labs, a social mission company that amplifies the impact of climate funding by leveraging AI data tools. Previously, Jay was the CEO of Full Circle Fund and has led fundraising and operations for various international and national organizations. Jay is a fellow at the Stanford d.School, a graduate of the AltMBA, and has held numerous board leadership roles including acting as the board chair for the Hatch Network.

Ilana's work brings together futures, participatory design, and regenerative design principles to advance social and ecological resilience. She helps Mayors, civic, and community leaders unlock their imaginations to collectively reimagine the future. She was recognized by the Obama White House as a “Champion of Change in Civic Innovation" for her work co-founding freespace, an initiative to temporarily transform vacant spaces into community, cultural and arts hubs. Ilana is a Commissioner for Oakland's Cultural Affairs Commission, where she advises the city on all things art and culture.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, Pamela gently supports visionaries through emotional restoration & rebirth as a medium for systemic change and collective healing. As an award-winning Creative Strategist, she founded “i hear you studios,” a digital sanctuary empowering thought-leaders to develop conscious-shifting productions & advocacy-led initiatives. Tim was inspired by a bout of food poisoning from fast food his freshman year of college. He discovered the Slow Food movement and dedicated his life to feeding as many people as regeneratively as possible.

His areas of interest include: plant based foods, better for you snacking, plastics and packaging innovation, personalized nutrition, bio-actives, food as medicine, gut health, micro-biome, AI and permaculture.

John Abodeely is a champion and steward of equity, the arts, and political justice on international, national and local levels. He has dedicated his life to equity in the arts ecosystem by raising millions for nonprofit and government initiatives that scale arts accessibility in education nationwide; overhauling organizational systems and operations to ensure funding for the community is optimized for programs that increase equity, broaden access and decrease barriers for artists and nonprofits; and fostering workplace cultures that mirror and honor the diversity of the communities he serves.

Abbie Langston is Vice President of Research at PolicyLink, where she supports systems-change efforts focused on power building, narrative change, and governing strategy to build a nation where all people can flourish. Tracie is a program officer for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. In this role, she works to support thriving children, working families and equitable communities. Prior to joining the Foundation, Coffman served as the director for Kent County's ENTF. In this position, she led the organization and community partners in collective impact work to shift the systems of housing, transportation, food, utilities, and workforce development to produce more equitable outcomes for community. Prior to this, she built and led a foreclosure prevention program for thirteen years, spanning the great recession.

Dave Zaboski is a classically trained painter, illustrator and was a Senior Animator at Disney, Sony and Warner Bros. during the Second Golden Age of Animation on such films as “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Lion King,” “Pocahontas,” “Aladdin,” “The Hunchback of Notre Dame,” “Hercules,” “Fantasia 2000,” and others. He has illustrated several acclaimed children’s books, as well as having been a co-founder of a successful tech industry start-up designed to help get Creatives work. From his home base in LA, he speaks about the Technology of Imagination and how we can turn our thoughts into things.

Josh Kirschenbaum, Chief Advancement and Special Initiatives Officer, enjoys building projects, initiatives, and organizations. As one of the original PolicyLink staff members, Josh has worked across the programmatic, communications, and operations teams, which allows him to bring comprehensive organizational knowledge to bear on supporting diverse alliances of internal and external teams to deliver on the promise of equity. Katherine is the Director of Unorthodox Philanthropy, a program of a San Francisco-based family foundation that seeks to fund extraordinary people and ideas that have the potential to achieve outsized impact and do good in the world. For the past decade, she has worked on behalf of the foundation to source, vet, and support a community of partners and awardees. She has previously worked in a variety of capacities for a range of nonprofit organizations including international intermediary grantmakers, human rights film festivals, and environmental organizing efforts.

Elysa Fenenbock is a leader in organizational transformation, education, and design strategy, with experience at IDEO, Google, and The Greater Good Science Center. A recipient of the Edmund Hillary Global Impact Fellowship, she helps businesses and purpose-driven leaders find innovative solutions. Elysa envisions a future where creativity, consciousness, and life-centered design drive global wellbeing. Jason is the Director of Operations for Spatial Informatics Group (SIG). In this role, he coordinates and oversees the Legal, HR, and Finance Teams work in compliance, financial reporting, contracting, and internal policy development. In addition, Jason previously served as a Co-Director of the Natural Hazards Team, coordinating a team of fire modeling, GIS, and technical specialists in development and implementation of wildfire mitigation assessment and projects across the Western United States.

As well she is also a big fan of music and always listens to something when it gets quiet. She is very passionate about the outdoors and enjoys activities from skiing and golfing to camping. Hi, my name is Poppy Towle, I'm 16 years old and am a junior in high school. I have lived in Big Sky Montana my whole life and I love all the experiences that I get to have while living in the mountains but also look forward to moving away to explore new horizons. After high school, I plan on going to Orgean or California for college so that I can fulfill my dream of being a Physical Therapist. I'm excited for HATCH and the new opportunities that it will give me.

Judith Williams Dangerfield is Managing Director of the Racial Equity Governing Agenda for Policylink. I'm Stella and I live in Big Sky, Montana. I've lived here my whole life and have slowly gone from resenting it to loving the place and the people. One of my favorite things to do is to meet new people and make friends, I am very active and always want to be out doing something. I love animals and music and always look for recommendations on things other people enjoy. I work hard and am very specific about making sure I'm spending my time on worthwhile things, and overall just living life to the fullest and taking opportunities when they arise.

I produce climate influence: I scout it, develop it, and amplify it through my own platforms and the media. I also host the podcast, Living Change: A Quest for Climate Leadership (Season 2 is in development) and have a short documentary in the works. I co-wrote “Don’t Think Pink” (on marketing to women) in my early career and connected those dots with a master’s thesis on gender and sustainability leadership. I launched my climate network through COP21 Twitter engagement and am now known for my *very* counterintuitive take on how to be seen leading in climate.

Dwayne S. Marsh assumed the position of President and CEO of Northern California Grantmakers in September 2020. He brings 33 years of experience in the public, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors with a career commitment to advancing racial and economic equity.

Marsh brings to the movement his expertise and considerable experience in coalition building for regional equity and leadership development for policy change. Before HUD, Marsh spent a decade at PolicyLink, the national organization committed to economic and social equity.

I am a college student studying Sociology and Adult Human Development. I'm a Level Up Facilitative Leader and have designed and led experiences at Youth Consciousness Summits in the Ecuadorian Andes. Though I am currently between schools, last year I founded a club called Being Doing and Becoming, which focused on creating a community of college students dedicated to increasing Goodness, Truth, and Beauty in the world, in others, and in ourselves. I am working to evolve that club and am looking forward to refounding it at my next school. I am also a guitarist, singer/songwriter, and artist.

Elise Daugherty is a Junior at Lone Peak High School in Big Sky, Montana where she has her parents, friends, dog, and cat to keep her company. She loves playing soccer, skiing, reading, painting, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. Elise currently has hopes of attending the United States Air Force Academy once she graduates and is considering studying international affairs or becoming a pilot.

Dr. Vysotina is an experienced investor. She acts as a Chief Investment Officer for significant family offices globally after a decade long career in investment banking. Dr. Vysotina built the Morgan Stanley Family Office investment initiative growing it from 3 families to over 50 with the combined assets of over $30bn. Victoria joined the investment community in 2005, after a decade long career on Wall Street.
Dr. Vysotina received her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Emory University. She continues to be a passionate supporter of education and is a member of the Advisory Board for MoMath.

Dee Fretwell, MBA, is a strategic consultant whose expertise ranges across executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational design and transformation, and leadership development. Her industry experience encompasses SAAS, sales & marketing, professional services, manufacturing, publishing, financial services, and nonprofit development, grant writing and board governance. Dee has spent 20+ years working alongside small and medium sized for- and nonprofit businesses to best leverage their strengths while finding sustainable solutions for challenges and obstacles.

Phil Frei has over 25 years of experience building new businesses with a focus on impact and scale. Phil is currently exploring ideas to improve students' learning outcomes with AI at Navigen. He's the cofounder of NewGlobe — the leading provider of learning solutions for populations living on less that $2 per day. Phil led the rollout of a large biomass conservation pilot in three African countries with GIZ, built a new business unit to commercialize technology at IDEO, and licensed an educational toy to LEGO. Phil has a BS and MS from MIT and was a graduate fellow of the MIT Media Lab.

Driven by a passion for systems change, David leads a strategy consultancy supporting social impact organizations to advance their visions for equity and justice and strengthen their operations. He started his career on staff at the Ferguson Commission following the community uprising and later served as executive director of its successor organization, charged with actualizing its community-centered vision. He has served in a variety of roles to activate community voice and apply a racial equity lens He balances his equity work, and maintains his sanity, through theatre and dance.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and recipient of an MFA in directing from the American Film Institute, Kevin is the co-founder of Alpine Labs, a full-service multimedia production company based in Los Angeles. With Alpine Labs, Kevin has produced content for a variety of network and streamers, in addition to the Independent Spirit nominated feature “The Dynamiter”, the documentary “I Got a Monster,” Executive Produced by Norman Lear, and the feature “Marisol,” which examines the life of an undocumented Mexican teenager. He also likes flossing and flan. In that order.

Sierra Garrett (she/her) is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Southern Oregon University, where she studies Sustainability. Her professional interests are centered around eco-social art as a vehicle for change, accessibility in sustainability education, and increasing equity in food systems. Sierra has spent time observing sustainability practices and creating democracy-centered partnerships in India and five of the Nordic countries, catalyzed by a two-week Fulbright-funded experience in Norway in early 2024. She is excited to bring the power of hope and creativity to HATCH!

Howdy! I am a recent graduate from Southern Oregon University with a BFA in Digital Cinema with a concentration in Cinematography. While at SOU I was a Scholar in her Global Innovation Scholars Program where a small and great group of SOU students worked with a equally small and great group of Mexico students from our sister university in Guanajuato.

Jeanine M. Canty is a writer and a professor at CIIS in San Francisco, telecommuting from Boulder, CO. A lover of nature, justice, and contemplative practice, her teaching intersects social and ecological justice, ecopsychology, and the process of worldview expansion and change. Her most recent book is Returning the Self to Nature: Undoing our Collective Narcissism and Healing our Planet (Shambhala Publications, 2022).

Willa Fretwell is a 19-year-old double major in Business and Psychology at Southern Oregon University dedicated to social justice, environmental sustainability, and LGBTQ advocacy. With over 12 years of experience playing various instruments, Willa uses music as a powerful tool for self-expression. Actively involved in LGBTQ organizations on campus, she mentors youth and works to foster inclusivity. Willa's passion for climate change drives her to advocate for sustainable practices and corporate social responsibility, believing in the intersectionality of social and environmental issues.

Peter is a bestselling cross-genre creative and cross-genre writer who has worked in various creative disciplines in gaming, television, film, comics, and most recently Founder. Yoton Yo Studios, is a media production and technology development company spearheading the creation of an entirely new genre in the gaming industry, with a focus on bridging real world, augmented reality, virtual reality, and Web3 for a truly unique experience. His collaborations have been nominated and won dozens of awards.

Vanice guides the evolution of the PolicyLink brand identity and communications strategy. She leads the organization in its responsibility and power as framers; framing issues expansively enough to illustrate the possibilities of a future where we all thrive. An admirer of the types of creative that inspire dreams, she believes in the power of story to change our short- and long-term realities. David Fulton develops high performance coaches and teams. Over 38 years, he has led 32 successful startups and 200+ diverse teams and founders, from the US military to disaster relief to Burning Man. David attended the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and sailed the USCG Eagle to ports around the world.
David leads large scale off-grid event productions in remote areas

Krikor is a multi-instrumentalist musician and producer, as well as an ecologist and former educator. Krikor earned his doctorate from UC Santa Cruz in plant ecology & evolution and was a instructor in ecology, biology, environmental science for 12 years, mostly through the Univ. of California. After a couple years working for an environmental NGO, he has transitioned to a career in music and fuses live and electronic music, often sourcing inspiration from nature and science.

Fode creates community where ever he goes and has recently returned to Oregon from 5 months in Guinea where he taught international students and performed with artists from around the world.

Hey, I'm Harper Morris and I was born and raised in Big Sky Montana. I'm the oldest of four kids and belong to two loving, caring, and intelligent parents. I love to play soccer, basketball, run track, and ski of course, and I'm always busy with sports, clubs, schoolwork and having fun.

Shoshana Alexander, MA, is a performing artist, playwright, and author. Her non-fiction works include Awakening Joy, Women’s Ventures/Women’s Visions, In Praise of Single Parents, and The Findhorn Garden Book. As a developmental editor and writing coach, she has worked with authors such as Tara Brach, Sharon Salzberg, and Jack Kornfield. She has trained with Grotowski’s Polish Theater Lab, and she wrote and acted in her four-character play “Taking Our Life: Suicide, Ecocide and Daring to Live,” produced in Ashland, Oregon in 2017. She regularly leads workshops and performs poetry concerts.

Daisy Sanchez is passionate about fostering empowerment and building strong, connected communities. Through her love of literature, she found herself deeply invested in helping others reframe and find power in their own stories. Studying at Central Oregon Community College with a 4.0 GPA and dreams of a career in Sports Psychology, Daisy aims to combine these passions to foster capable communities and inner freedom, particularly for young athletes and women.

Jason, known by his stage name MOsley WOtta (MOWO), explores the intersection of humanity and connection through diverse mediums, committed to fostering meaningful dialogue across perceived divides. He is an Arts Beautification & Culture award recipient, Oregon Slam Poetry Champion, Humanities Conversation leader, and Creative Laureate. His thought-provoking creations have been featured internationally, and he has opened for Indigo Girls, Ghost Face Killer, Lyrics Born, and more. His works focuses on making positive connections between the negative space of perceived difference.

Professionally I’ve founded a couple of tech companies, most recently a lab grown meat company that I ran for 5.5 yrs through Series A and ~50 team members. Trained as a chemE, my technical experience is in systems engineering, instrumentation, control, automation, test & measurement.

I’m currently on sabbatical, sitting with how the well intentioned mission of the startup was distorted by short term capital interests. I’ve been exploring consciousness, spirituality, community, and systems change. If my next chapter isn’t powered by love and creativity as opposed to anger and fear, I’m out.

Art has the power to break down human barriers, move across borders, and create change. Focused on HATCHING a Better World.

Social justice and health equity are at the root of Amber's approach to leading nonprofits and social impact initiatives for public-private partnerships. After 14+ years of working in academics, she applies her background in global health policy to systems strengthening spanning mental health and addiction, community development, and most recently youth restorative justice. Facilitating groups and organizations as they navigate difficult decisions, growth edges, and challenging conversations is a newer skill that Amber is committed to growing.
