Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for an amazing HATCH Experience!

First, we know that these are trying times for everyone. Please know that we have your best interest in mind, and will do our best to accommodate you in a time of unexpected change.

We also need to build in protections for our small non-profit that if cancellations arise, there is enough twine to be able to fill / replace the slot that’s been held for you.

As we curate, communicate, hold spaces, etc, there are administrative costs and opportunity costs incurred, some of which will be non-recoupable if we are not able to find a replacement for the slot that has been reserved for you. We will do our best to find a replacement, and encourage you to nominate someone in your place that might be a good fit for this experience.

For any remaining portion that is not refunded due to timing, you will have the option to apply remaining money to be applied to future events.

Refund timing is as follows:

  • 100% refund if cancellation over 90 days of event
  • 75% refund for cancellation 60-90 days before the first day of event
  • 50% refund for cancellation 30- 60 days of the first day of event
  • 25% refund for cancellation within 30 days of the first day of event
  • 0% refund if cancellation is within 15 days of event

Please know that we will be doing our best to see if we can find a replacement in order to get you a full refund – and we welcome your help in helping find a friend or colleague to replace you (they will thank you!)
