She has previously initiated multiple programs strengthening the promotion of sustainability and climate literacy in the Arab region's higher education system. Jason saw a need for a customized logistics service in his industry and founded Fil Delivery in 2020, which now provides warehousing and last-mile distribution for over 100 breweries, wineries, distilleries, and importers. In March 2023 Burdock opened its second brewery in downtown Toronto.
