HATCH Summits are a curated 100 new invitees, with 20 returning alumni. We spend 1000 hours choosing 100 invitees, with the intention that the outcome can impact the lives of 100 million. It starts with fostering today’s and tomorrow’s leaders by fueling diverse extraordinary humans with resources to realize their full human potential. HATCH Portal Experiences UNLOCK HUMAN POTENTIAL through leadership development workshops to HATCH a Better YOU. In an era of a global pandemic, we’ve been shown that the impossible is possible. Masterminds are facilitated peer to peer groups of 5-6, offering personal and professional support, brainstorming, education, peer accountability and problem-solving to sharpen your business and personal skills. HATCH mastermind groups will help participants achieve professional and personal success. Each cohort is specially curated for you. 

CREATE CHANGE. DESIGN THE FUTURE. The IMPACT LABS were manifested to bring together a global community to co-create solutions for major systemic problems in humanity at a time when solutions are most needed. HATCH Academy is a menu of life-changing courses for life-long learning. Training and facilitation from our community of global experts in fundamental life skills — leadership, communication, finance, problem-solving, resilience — and point that new capacity towards the professional world.

This virtual collaboration unit plan for high school, merges project-based learning with global classroom models following the neuroscience of information processing stages* (input, collaboration, elaboration, and application). Students conduct in-class information-gathering research to be applied to in class and remote 90-minute collaborative group design sprints on systemic problems affecting the students and their communities. HATCH Adventures brings the HATCH ethos to unique destinations across the globe for cultural immersion and life-long learning. These unforgettable experiences in beautiful places focus on facilitating deeper connections with local communities around the world, and an impact focus with local initiatives.
