As a Responsible Design Engineer & IPT Lead for Northrop Grumman, Gabe builds spacecraft in the pursuit of fighting climate change and feeding his passion for exploration. He’s a volunteer at local parks, avid hiker, and has led a number of Burning Man projects.

Laura is the President and CEO of Brand Alloy, a boutique brand strategy and market research agency. Previously, she was Head of the Brand Strategy practice and the New York office of PSB, a WPP-owned market research agency. She also worked as a brand strategy consultant at the Zyman Group, and spent her early career at AT&T Corporation in a wide variety of branding, marketing and management roles.

first” from a soundbite into a civil right, after having served as the Students Matter
advocacy and policy director for the Vergara civil rights litigation from 2014-2016.
Ben founded and led Parent Revolution, where he invented, passed into law, and implemented California’s landmark parent trigger law -- which has empowered thousands of parents to transform their failing neighborhood schools though community organizing, and which was the subject of two feature films, the documentary "We the Parents."

Allison has spent her career working to reverse inequities in our public education system. Most recently, Allison was the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer for Camino Nuevo Charter Academy, an organization serving 3600 low-income students in Los Angeles. Motivated by opportunity for impact, she recently campaigned to be an elected member of the LA School Board.

Paolo is a serial entrepreneur, investor, impact philanthropist, and the CEO of Gruppo Barletta, a leading Italian real estate company. Paolo expanded his investments in the VC sector with a dedicated investment vehicle named Alchimia Investments. He has supported remarkable initiatives dedicated to millennials and education as Kukua which aiming to fight illiteracy amongst children in Sub Saharan Africa and Syrian Refugees through mobile gaming.

Jennifer is an 11+ year Amazon alum, and an angel investor in AgTech, sustainability, and fitness startups. She's currently advising Farm.One to expand their footprint globally and locally. Farm.One is the chef’s hydroponic specialty farm of the future – a vertical farm in urban centers that grows 500+ high-margin specialty crops, pesticide-free, year-round using proprietary growing recipes and farm management software. Chris Belsky has worked in law, tech, & politics, spending three years protecting content creators at YouTube before transitioning his legal expertise to support social and environmental causes. Mariel was born and raised in Mexico, and is currently working in TECHO, a non-profit organization focused on building a fair, integrated and poverty- free society. Her focus on building equality orginated during a visit to a slum as a university student, where her experience imparted a sense of responsibility and inspired her to take direct action in developing solutions.

Matan is an award-winning inventor, TED speaker & Forbes U30 receipient. As an impact-driven innovator, he creates instruments that turn the human body into music, shamanic interactive art installations & designs unique solutions for people with disabilities.

David is a live electronic composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer constantly pushing the boundaries of live electronic music. Marco Bollinger is a celebrity photographer who has photographed Beyoncé and Obama and directed projects for the UNHCR. He's also produced several award-winning documentaries, winning several awards including Indie Fest’s Humanitarian Award and PDN’s Best Portrait of an Artis. Most recently, he's scaled the impact of his empathy-building advocacy work by co-founding social enterprise Lokal Travel.

Mark is CEO of MB Inc/ABLF, operating 7 Social Impact businesses and foundations in Canada and the USA, Executive Chef for the American Refugee Committee and Professor of Innovation at USC. The Meal Token program he created in Vancouver, B.C and scaled to cities across the U.S. and Canada. has provided over 2 million meals to people in need. 286,436 meals were served to women and children fleeing violence, street-entrenched youth, and folks on assisted living in 2017 alone.

Amber is a non-profit executive with an academic edge, focusing on global health in developing countries. She recently broke out as an independent consultant partnering with private organizations, seeking to have a social impact in the health space.

Genevieve is the cofounder of Implikit, a neurotech platform born at the MIT Media Lab that addresses implicit bias. She has directed multiple initiatives that explore these topics and their relationship to neuroscience, AI, robotics, and space mining.

Lalarukh is the Director of USAID resources globally, and has over fifteen years of experience in fostering entrepreneurship and investment for social impact in emerging markets. She provides direct support for entrepreneurs, structures investment vehicles and credit guarantees, and has launched a non-profit focused on accelerating market-driven partnerships. She's cultivated a global network at the highest levels of business, government, and civil society.

Michael is Chief Executive Officer at the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) which he founded in 1996. He's done two stints in Washington DC at the US Dept of Energy and US EPA, and two in India where he cared for the sick at Mother Teresa’s mission in Calcutta, and designed a solid waste management plan for the Tibetan refugee community. He has been awarded the Compassion in Action Award for his work protecting children from lead by the Dalai Lama Foundation.

Sara is the Founder and CEO of MoonCloth Designs. She's a passionate sustainable designer and creative system thinker who specializes in natural textiles and eco products for hospitality environments, and enjoys creating and sharing beauty with others.

Victoria cofounded the Universidad del Medio Ambiente (UMA) in Valle de Bravo, a university focused in socio-environmental studies in diverse disciplines offering a project-based, on-site education designed for change agents. She has a Ph.D. in Law and Economics and is currently rector of UMA, exploring the development of learning communities that may generate personal, interpersonal and transpersonal transformations able to foster socio-environmental regeneration through projects and initiatives. She is passionate about trekking and writing, with a published novel and a second one on the way.

Lesli is a student at Dr. Olga Mohan High School. She's currently working on poems and short stories to help people release their emotions and improve mental health. She firmly believes that expressing yourself and allow yourself to be vulnerable gives the opportunity for improvement while allowing others the opportunity to understand new viewpoints.

Rachel Hicks is a lover of color, visual storyteller & creator of experiences. She has an eye for detail & innovative design paired with a passion for strategy, fundraising & supporting the arts. Throughout her career, she has consulted with many nonprofits & businesses such as HATCH, Mountain Time Arts & the Bozeman Film Celebration to integrate powerful design into their experience planning. For over a decade she was the Director of Comm. at the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts in Helena, MT, playing an integral role in fostering an artistic community around the globe.

Holger is an Ecological Systems Designer and Educator with more than 30 years working in socio-ecological regeneration, mostly in Latin America. He's led conferences, workshops, courses and seminars, and served as a consultant & advisor.

Krystal is the Director of Corporate Relations for iQMetrix, a privately-held software as a service (SaaS) company that leads the way for simplifying complicated industries and helping businesses deliver great experiences with interactive retail technology in multiple verticals. She's a Board Advisor for the Women in Leadership Foundation, and Board Director for A Better Life Foundation.

My name is Brianna Janay Macias. I come from a family who is Mexican and Salvadorian. I was born in the U.S but I have also lived in Mexico. During my childhood I lived in Mexico until I was 7. When I was 7 years old I came to permanently live in the U.S; this was a huge challenge because I had to adjust to a new language, culture, and family I had not met before. This challenge was difficult but I was able to overcome it with time and help from friends, family, and relatives. My life has always been complicated but I am thankful that things happen the way they did because it made me better.

She's a human rights lawyer, advocate & new Angeleno who started her career in The Hague working on war crimes trials, and is now working on solutions for global displacement.

Dara is a nonprofit executive with 20 years’ experience working in social purpose organizations driving meaningful, systemic change. She began her career working in international development and has travelled to over 50 countries, spanning five continents. She's passionate about equity issues and plays mediocre volleyball.

For 25yrs, Lionel has produced and directed live entertainment (like the Grammys), sports events & music concert DVDs globally. On his downtime, he pursues his passion for creating opportunity for inclusionary housing for all.

Dr. Victor Pineda is an urban planner, social entrepreneur, speaker and globally recognized human rights advocate. He is also an adjunct professor and consultant on policy, planning and development. Dr. Pineda’s work focuses on urban resilience, inclusion and sustainability. He founded the Pineda Foundation / World Enabled, a global non-profit that promotes the rights of people with disabilities. He was recently appointed by President Obama to serve on the US Access Board. Dr. Pineda holds a PhD in Urban Planning from UCLA.

Mike is a music producer, DJ, traveler, entrepreneur. Originally from Poland, he creates music with instrumentalists and singers in Cuba and Caribbean. His song "Trip To Cuba” won the Ninja Tune Records and Dubspot New York contest in 2014.

David is the Stockholm Environment Institute's Center Director in Latin America, based in Bogota, Colombia. His research work at SEI has focused on informing water management decision making in river basins characterized by a high degree of conflict with creditable, yet approachable, scientific analysis.

Adri is VP of Operations and Culture Mexico for Hotels Rodavento a member of Mosaic Hotel Group. Hotel Rodavento was awarded “Best Boutique Hotel in Mexico 2018 by Travel Awards and Travel & Leisure. Adri's 15 year contribution to the company has been crucial for its growth. Adri strives to continue to discover the magic of life, and is passionate about people, different perspectives and the power of collaboration & co-creation.

Noah is a Cinematographer for ArkFilms who's work has screened at film festivals across the world including Sundance, SXSW & Tribeca. He prides himself on collaboration and that story drives his creative process.

As the newly anointed Director of Development for HATCH Jared works to educate, accelerate, and invest in entrepreneurs who are creating solutions to social problems. Jared's role will involve developing and implementing strategies to collaborate with individuals, corporations and foundations to scale the impact of HATCH globally. Also an Instructor at Prescott College, Jared understands that every era poses specific challenges for humanity to address, and that it is the responsibility of each generation to create collaborative ecosystems for creative problem solving.

Tom Silverman is Chief Development Officer at Junior State of America and HATCH board member. He's in awe of the universe. His super power is inspiring others to action around common purpose.

Medical doctor graduated from Anahuac University, worked as a pediatric surgical oncology assistant, consultant of strategic alliances for secondary childhood cancer prevention, medical research director of “Med Intelligence” a startup based in Israel aimed to do personalized medicine research, content writer for “My child’s cancer”. Mathieu is a photographer, represented by Art Department. He's also the founder of Art of Freelance, which provides training for creative freelancers, and Kensington Presents, a pop up concert series in LA.

Ed moved to Costa Rica in 2015 from NYC to build a Wellness Center and Education space [VIDA] and I left 10 years in the NYC Event Industry behind. In 2018, Selina Hotels partnered with Ed's team to create and operate VIDA by Selina, a brand new transformational retreat center in Costa Rica. Plans to build 60 more retreat centers are on the horizon.

Yoshi is a Senior Rabbi, as well as a teacher, student, spouse, parent, community-builder, problem-solver, composer, guitarist, hiker, and friend.
