Guto Requena was born in Sorocaba, Sao Paulo State in 1979. He is an architect with a Master in Architecture & Urban Planning from USP - University of São Paulo. For nine years, he was a researcher at NOMADS.USP – Center for Interactive Living Studies of the University of São Paulo. In 2007 he presented his master’s dissertation, “Hybrid Habitation: Interactivity and Experience in the Cyberculture Era”.
In 2008, Guto founded Estudio Guto Requena. Since then, he has won several awards, and lectured and exhibited in more than 20 countries worldwide. Between 2012 and 2015, Guto wrote a column about design, architecture and urbanism at Folha de São Paulo, one of the major Brazilian newspapers, and collaborated as well with several magazines. Since 2011, Guto has been creating, screenwriting and hosting TV, web and cinema series.

Prior to starting his studio, Sean was Vice President/Creative Director for Virgin and Capitol Records where he developed brand and package campaigns for Lenny Kravitz, Courtney Love, Rolling Stones, Christina Aguilera, Janet Jackson, Gorillaz and Iggy Pop to name a few.
Smith has won awards for branding and design and is published in numerous design and photo books around the world. He has also been inducted into the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame.

Suleyka Montpetit is the C.E.O, Co-Founder and Program Director of The Market Gardener, an online educational company she founded with JM Fortier to inspire, educate, and empower those who want to grow food in a way that is ecological, human-scale and profitable.

A self-taught entrepreneur, marketer and web designer, she has always been passionate about what brings people together and how ideas travel. Dr. Susan Duffy is the Executive Director of the Babson College Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL), a co-founder of the Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab venture accelerator, and an inspired educator and advocate for gender equity as a driver of social and economic growth. Susan earned her Ph.D. from The George Washington University, co-owned a commercial construction company, and owned and operated Ho-Lee-Chow, a Chinese fast-food franchise. Susan is an investor and advisor to several early stage companies and serves on the boards of the Tory Burch Foundation and the Walmart Foundation International Advisory Council.

Tara Baswani is an award winning singer/songwriter, composer, experience designer and entertainment strategist bridging creative platforms with civic impact.

The first Indian to collaborate with the Cirque Du Soleil as Music Director/ Artist, her work has featured on platforms like The Tonight Show (Jay Leno), The Late Night Show (Conan O’ Brien), CBC and through world tours. She also develops talent for them globally as casting partner and creative strategist.

Tara's solo music project, Quest (2015) debuted to acclaim on platforms CBC, NPR, KEXP, Sirius XM, TIFF 2015, Hatch (2016), and has been acknowledged at COP 21(2015) for its human rights initiatives, and uniquely interactive, eco- responsible live show design.

As founder of LembasWorks, an entertainment consultancy firm with sustainable values at its core, she produces bespoke cultural and creative experiences connecting the worlds of entertainment and business with initiating community, education, and thought leadership through the arts.

Ambassador for " Cultural and Philosophical Expressions for Social Change" at the World Social Forum, (2016), Tara has represented India-Canada for " Creating Social Impact through Entertainment” and launched the "Daily Quest "workshops in 2018 towards the same.
