Diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments have proliferated across corporate America — but most organizations lack the tools or accountability structures to translate stated values into cultural change.
A team in the HATCH Impact Labs pilot developed ~ISM Consultancy to close that gap.
Outcomes
The team developed a full consulting model and pitch deck, presenting to industry experts including the co-founder of Siri and Acumen's Chief Investment Officer. The project was among the 15 of 19 teams committing to continue development beyond the sprint.
