An E-Corp style certification model providing the roadmap for antiracist organizational transformation.
Anti-racist organizational transformation doesn't happen through a single training or a public pledge. It requires sustained structural, cultural, and process change — and most organizations have no roadmap.
Equity 360 was designed to provide that roadmap. Built around an "E Corp" certification model, it meets organizations where they are, conducts a 360 audit, and creates an accountable implementation plan.
Outcomes
The team developed a full certification and audit framework and delivered a pitch to industry judges.
