Paul Durham is a musician/singer/songwriter, music business innovator, and human development explorer. After two major label record deals, radio singles, MTV play, and international tours, as well as dozens of tracks in films, trailers, TV shows, and commercials, he built an indie label for his band, Black Lab. Along the way he also picked up a number of professional and psychological facilitation processes, working with executives and small businesses in the U.S. and Europe.

Elysa spends her time working at the intersection of design thinking, education, and art. She is currently designer-in-residence at Google where she focuses on design and innovation. Dan Klitsner is Founder and creative director of KID Group. Yarrow Kraner is Founder of HATCH, a Director at Virgin Produced, an Aspen Institute Fellow, and also named 2015 top 100 creatives in the U.S. by Origins Magazine. He is also featured in the recently released book Talent for Humanity. Yarrow’s ideas and work have been recognized internationally, and he is currently packaging a feature film, Wind in the Fire, based on the remarkable story of Bobbi Gibb. Yarrow was also the Founder of Superdudes / Supernation, one of the pioneer social networking sites, founded in 1999, sold to Fox in 2004.

AJ Paron-Wildes, LEED AP ID+C, Allied ASID, Associate Member IIDA, and Associate Member AIA, has been involved in the interior design industry for over 20 years. She currently leads the Architectural & Design Team for Allsteel in North America. She focuses on design for corporations, higher education, K-12 education, public sector and non-profits. She has spent 17 years being a thought-leader for designing for autism where she has designed countless projects, pioneered research and written three books on the design principles surrounding this special population.

Erica is a formative researcher who recently completed a master's in Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Erica aspires to apply her knowledge of child development and research methodology to the educational media industry. Erica currently resides in NYC and works at the Joan Ganz Cooney Center and Out of the Blue Enterprises to conduct academic and formative research related to children’s educational media. A family man, mental health advocate, teacher and self-taught artist, Jeff is above all a survivor, battling Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) much of his life.
Diagnosed in college, Jeff spent decades waging a daily war against his illness. While launching a textile company, getting married and starting a family, he remained desperate for an outlet to relieve his mental anguish.

Jimmy is building the world's most sustainable modern town in the jungles of Panama, Kalu Yala. Raised in real estate finance and educated in marketing, Jimmy has since come to spend his time working to change higher ed and incubate startups off-the-grid.
After graduating with a Film/Photo degree in 2013 John has been working in the film industry non stop. Starting out at NBC as a director of photography/ editor he won two telly awards for best local commercial of the year. He then caught the eye of Chisel Industries and was brought on as a shooter/editor.
John has since started his own aerial video/photography company and has filmed everything from ice climbing competitions and car commercials to HBO documentary's and real estate.

Parker Thomas is the Managing Partner of Mirus Labs, an educational design studio that creates spaces and experiences that encourage creativity, wonder and learning. He is a cofounder of Urban Montessori Charter School and STEAM Factory, an Oakland makerspace currently building a two-person, 30 mph hovercraft. Prior to Mirus, he built and sold 2 companies, built 2 airplanes and co-invented Maker Studio, a building toy currently sold in toy stores across the country. In his spare time, he makes drones, boats, pens, knives, zip lines, treehouses and anything else his kids want to make.

Evan Twyford is an industrial designer with a fascination with design for extreme environments, and a specialization in human centered design as it applies to small vehicles and spacecraft.
Twyford spent 7 years at the NASA Johnson Space Center where he worked on the design of numerous space vehicle and habitation concepts such as the Orion capsule and Small pressurized Rover. As a native Rhode Islander, Courtney grew up with Hasbro in her backyard. As a kid who loved to imagine and play with toys, especially My Little Pony, she grew up with Hasbro in her toybox. Kate Brandy is from Cincinnati and is a first year Industrial Design Graduate student at RISD. She graduated from University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture. This past year she worked as a junior designer in healthcare and education at GBBN Architects. At GBBN She created design development and construction documents for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and completed LEED documentation for Miami University dormitories. In addition, she did evidence based research on patient experience in medical office buildings.

Emily is a designer with a passion for storytelling. With a background studying illustration, character design and sequential art, she strives to build toys which are alive with personality. Her most recent project has been designing a new line of mini dolls which blend an adorable aesthetic with highly posable play. Sarah Carroll is a Sr Global Brand Manager at Hasbro, Inc. She currently leads entertainment, product and marketing strategy for the Transformers Generations business. Emily Catallozzi, now Emily Velez, is the Sr. Manager of the Global Brand Marketing team for Disney Princess & Frozen. Her career started in 2007 with a focus in entertainment marketing after graduating from Simmons College with a BA in Integrated Media. With jobs at HBO, AMC & Netflix she has contributed to the consumer marketing campaigns on Emmy Award winning shows such as Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Orange is the New Black. This past January, she relocated from Los Angeles to her home state of Rhode Island to switch gears and focus on product marketing.

James wants to design your favorite game night. Whether you're on the magical plane of Ravnica or in a galaxy far, far away, James is excited to tap into your sense of fun and put your imagination to work. With degrees in applied economics and political science, James uses game theory and economical thinking to create surprising and memorable experiences. His most recent projects include Magic: the Gathering Arena of the Planeswalkers and Risk: Star Wars Edition. James moonlights as a guitarist in Hasbro’s band, Toys to Men, ties a decent bow tie, and tries really hard at chess.

As Senior Director, Marketing Integrated Play, Kenny is charged with launching new brands and furthering Hasbro’s innovation pipeline. Since coming to Hasbro in January 2011, Kenny spearheaded the relaunch of Furby. After that he led Hasbro’s exploration of 3D printing, which included SuperFanArt and Super Awesome Me.
Kenny has launched other new toy brands prior to his tenure at Hasbro including Skylanders and Bakugan. Beyond toys, Kenny has launched 2 new businesses including a chain of fitness centers in Los Angeles (CircuitWorks) & a children's TV company (Latchkey Kids Entertainment)

Colleen Dolan-Hastings is the Manager of Product Development and Marketing for the Playskool brand. Previously, Colleen led and built the marketing department for the world leader in the hydration and housewares industry and co-founded a full-service advertising, public relations and marketing firm. Many moons ago, Colleen was an award-winning editor in the broadcast design field with clients including ESPN, TLC, Animal Planet and ABC.
And that’s not all…Colleen is also a soccer mom, chauffeur, baker, dog walker, wine drinker, Netflix binger and world-class multi-tasker.

She is driven to understand the consumer and their motivations in order to deliver the best in class product and marketing. A creative and strategic product, experience and brand creator with 16 years in the interactive play industry. Dan cut his teeth at Tiger Electronics where he focused on creating trend based, insight driven and technology forward toys and brands like iDog; the world's first I-pod connected toy. He expanded his experience in leading development on the re-launch of Playskool's Alphie and creation of Transformers Rescue Bots. He has since led the physical/digital revolution within Hasbro with the reinvention of the Furby Franchise and now heads up the Integrated Play (iPLAY) group @ Hasbro.
Ricky Katowicz is a toy designer and visual performance artist who uses the sewing machine and the language of textiles to create drawings and soundscapes. In addition, he leads workshops to teach people of all ages how to make nothing out of something. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife and daughter and two birds. His work can be seen at his personal blog, in the Todd Oldham board book - Sundance Film Festival A-Z, and on toy shelves around the world. He has shown and performed at Aviary Gallery, Craftland, Machines With Magnets, Aurora Providence, RISD Museum, and Sundance Film Festival.

Tony Langone is the Director of Engineering for Global Games development. In his current role Tony and his team work with the gaming design and marketing groups to deliver new expressions of Hasbro’s classic gaming brands to today’s consumer. He has been with Hasbro for 10 years and worked as an engineer and development lead for Tiger and ATI prior to his gaming role. As a member of the ATI team Tony worked on key gaming technology items like the Tiger Plug and Play TV games, Scrabble Flash, Monopoly Live, and Twister Dance. He has a BSME from Western New England College in Springfield MA.

Educated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University Rhode Island and an MBA from Boston University, I have been working for Hasbro since 2009 and joined Gaming in 2012. With a passion for consumer product experiences, I have been able to develop several different product types and collaborate on designing games for consumers ranging from preschoolers to adults.
When I am not developing games I am researching sustainable businesses, heading to the beach, snowboarding or rooting for the New England Patriots.
Associate Project Engineer - Construction Development
Meghann was always that kid who took apart the vacuum or radio and tried to put it back together. She has always had a curiosity for how things worked and universal design principles. She graduated from UMASS at Dartmouth with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2013.
She currently can be found building with KRE-O bricks helping her team evolve the construction play experiences for builders of all ages!

Sung is a newcomer to the toy industry but has always had a deep love for toys and play. His passion for toys transformed into gadgets which steered him to study Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University. Sung’s prior experiences include examining medical device patents at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, analyzing blood data for potential diseases at a biotechnology start-up, and co-starting a gourmet ice-cream shop in Alexandria, Va. When not playing with toys at work, Sung can be found in local breweries and seeking hole-in-the-wall restaurants.

Jonathan Palé currently leads the Global Engineering and Technology team at Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS); a development group responsible for infusing technology into toys and games to create new magical product features. He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. degree from Northeastern University. Jon has over 20 years of product development experience and has spent the past 10 years focused on the world of creative play and entertainment. Aditi Raturi is the Associate Global Brand Manager for Star Wars, where she's helping drive the marketing strategy and communication efforts in support of the entertainment franchise's rebirth... awakening the Force! Prior to Hasbro, Aditi was a Marketing Manager at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) where she managed digital marketing efforts for the fastest-growing division in the firm. I received my first Barbie doll from my paternal grandfather when I was 5. (I was the first child in both families to be born in the United States. As a result, my younger siblings and I were a bit spoiled.)
I graduated from Parsons School of Design for fashion illustration in 1992. In 1999, I graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a second degree in Toy Design.
My West African roots and NY upbringing give me a unique perspective which always puts me years ahead of design trends.

Kate is a marketing manager with a passion for play. Prior to joining Hasbro, she managed brand development & marketing for non-profit sports organizations & tech-forward B2B clients. At Hasbro, she puts her passion to good use managing global brand development & marketing for Littlest Pet Shop – first developing ‘pawsome’ brand experiences in entertainment, digital, and licensing, and now working to create amazing toys and app play that allow girls to collect, explore, discover and story-tell. She spends her spare time playing with and chasing after her 10-mo. old baby, hubby & dog.

Emily Thompson’s career has been an enthusiastic exercise in sharing her childhood passions – namely toys and Disney movies – with the world. Emily spent 15 years at Walt Disney Animation Studios working hand in hand with the filmmakers on the creative marketing efforts of over 30 Disney and Pixar movies. She took 2 years off to travel the world, and has recently returned to the work force as Hasbro's Global Franchise Creative Lead for My Little Pony.
