Peter Strom

ENTREPRENEUR / COLLABORATOR / HATCH CO-FACILITATOR

Entrepreneur | Collaborator | Integrator | Facilitator. Pete has co-created seven restaurant concepts, and co-founded energy efficiency and angel investing companies. He is a Certified Integral Facilitator, Adjunct Professor at MSU’s College of Business, TEDx Speaker, and is a Licensed clinical professional counselor with a Masters in human development. Loves playing Hockey & Tennis, Parenting, writing music, Integral Theory & practice, and Meditation.

 

Paul Durham

MUSIC PRODUCER / EDU COACH / HATCH CO-FACILITATOR

Paul Durham is a musician/singer/songwriter, music business innovator, and human development explorer. After two major label record deals, radio singles, MTV play, and international tours, as well as dozens of tracks in films, trailers, TV shows, and commercials, he built an indie label for his band, Black Lab. Along the way he also picked up a number of professional and psychological facilitation processes, working with executives and small businesses in the U.S. and Europe.

 

Jordan Stoner

HATCH EXEC COORDINATOR / DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST 

Jordan’s experiences whitewater kayaking on a professional level gave him an opportunity to work with young adult cancer survivors on whitewater kayaking, surfing, and climbing trips. The people that he met on these trips opened his eyes to the value of truly supportive and passionate communities that step up to crazy challenges together regardless of age, race, creed, or experience.  Jordan found HATCH to be one of these communities, one of compassionate catalysts.

Chris Walch

EXPERIENCE DESIGN TEAM LEAD 

Chris Walch was born and raised in Hawaii and now calls the mountains of Big Sky, Montana home. Chris began her career as a real estate finance associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. Chris was Co-Executive Coordinator for TEDxBozeman 2017 and is currently the Guest Experience Co-Coordinator for HATCH, Director of Operations for Philip Sheppard (#becauseofHATCH), a ski instructor at Yellowstone Club and along the way also an artist, collaborator, innovator, adventurer, singer, songwriter, photographer, and dabbler of foodie creations.

Shannon Hughes

STRATEGIST / WRITER / HATCH CONTENT & MEDIA TEAM LEAD

Shannon answered Montanaʼs siren song of steep peaks and endless adventure after graduating from the University of Vermont in 2002. Combining a love of storytelling  with a passion for unlocking the patterns and puzzles of data led to a career in marketing; most recently as CEO of Spur Studio Creative Marketing Group.

 

Mark Goerner

FUTURIST/DESIGNER/FOUNDER EQOGO, HATCH ADVISORY BOARD / VENUE DESIGN

Mark Goerner has had a diverse and dynamic career as a concept designer, futurist providing services, for the feature film industry, contributing to “Minority Report”, “Constantine”,“X-men 2”, “Superman”, “Iron Man 2″, “Thor”, “Fantastic Voyage”, and “Avatar”. As an industrial design he contributed advanced concepts for BMW/Designworks, Intel, Toyota, Honda, the High Roller wheel in Las Vegas. He is taking these influences and knowledge as well as a background in manufacturing to found eqogo, a robust platform to evaluate products for their long term value and environmental impacts.

 

Lou Morris

CONSULTANT / HATCH FILM GROUNDBREAKER COORDINATOR

Lou Morris is the only volunteer to be a part of the HATCH for all 13 years since its inception.  He studied Broadcasting at Northland College. After a career on the airwaves, he transitioned into the print/publishing industry.  He and his family have enjoyed living in Big Sky country for over twenty years, providing his clients with business solutions through paper, ink and technology.
Lou has assisted as a Coordinator in many areas of HATCH currently serving as the Groundbreaker Film Coordinator and is critical for venue logistics.

Josie Caton

OUTDOOR PURSUIT GUIDE / YELLOWSTONE CLUB AND INSTRUCTOR // HATCH TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
