HATCH is not a spectator sport; we believe in actively engaging people in the HATCH experience. As a result, we have identified a few ways that individuals are invited:

1. HATCHers: Individuals who are considered thought leaders in creative fields such as architecture, design, photography, entrepreneurship, innovation, engineering, film, music.  We find them through national/international media, various events, and the broader HATCH network.

2. Groundbreakers: Individuals who are up-and-coming stars in their respective fields. We find them through university partnerships, local community organizations, and youth focused media channels.

3. Creative Community: Individuals who live and work in the community where the  HATCH Experience is hosted.  These individuals have a vested interest in seeing the level of creativity rise in their town.  We find them through relationships with local architecture firms, film studios, music venues, entrepreneurship circles, and community organizations…etc.
