HATCH has evolved from the early days into a community, movement, and a series of experiences designed to ACTIVATE CREATIVITY to HATCH a better world. In it’s 10th year, HATCH experience is a four day annual retreat meets summit gifted to 100 of the most provocative innovators, inventors, and cultural catalysts — across a wide range of disciplines to offer 360 degree peer to peer mentoring to refuel and reignite your creative soul. We mix this group with up and coming students, and entrepreneurs to further ignite a vibrant entrepreneurial landscape.

- HATCH is four days in Big Sky based at the 320 Ranch (off-the-grid,) intermixed with some adventures to be unveiled during the event
- Guests are either invited by the committee, or you can apply for an invitation.
- 60% invited guest mentors
- 25% invited students
- 15% invites from applications
